I truly had the best experience, start to finish here. I reached out via email to Demian and he was very communicative throughout the entire process. I gave him some background on my tattoo as well as a photo. He was referred by the owner of the tattoo shop because of his talent with water color. It is my favorite piece that I have and am already looking forward to having him complete my next water color piece. I would highly recommend this studio as well as Demian!

Don’t schedule with Katie. She requires a $50 deposit, will reschedule multiple times before your appointment, then downright cancel without a reason the night before your appointment after ignoring your messages. Very unprofessional. No excuse for the way she handles paying clients. And no excuse for the owner to make light of the situation due to her being “only a year in the game.” Even with an influx of requests, if she can’t handle it professionally, don’t be a tattoo artist.

I don't understand why Katie would run a Christmas special and then force many people to reschedule the appointment just for her to cancel the appointment in the end and take over a month to refund somebody. There was no need to be rude as well

Quality over quantity! Rowell is absolutely amazing. He was able to cover up an old tattoo with ease while capturing the essence that I desired. Took about 4 hours and didn't leave any scaring. Shop is perfectly clean and staff are very sanitary. I cannot speak to his other artists but they look tallented.
