Terrible customer service. The guy with the gauges has a weird complex over the parking spaces. Instead of asking us to move he began to harass the black woman coming out the car by herself, who was not the driver. I would not come to this establishment if you have any sense of professionality and respect for others.

I was pulling into the parking area to go next door for just a couple minutes. As i was doing that i noticed the tattoo shop and thought to myself it was close to the house maybe worth checking out after i was done next door since my wife and i have been looking for a new spot. Then i noticed some guy looking at me and as soon as he seen me walk away from their door he steps out saying i need to move my car. Whatever im just moving it over a couple spots but i figured i just wont go there to get my tattoos.

From earlier post..I did go by on Saturday not Monday! Google said you were open til 7pm we were there around 5 and no one was there. Doorblocked and lights were off. So how can make an appointment if you don't answer the phone when it says you are open.

The shop is extremely clean. Jeremy does amazing free-hand work, shading and he isn't heavy handed! He could tattoo a straight line on someone with his eyes closed! He has such a steady hand! I will be going back here for my next one or to add to the current one he worked on! This is coming from a person who lives in VA! Very professional shop!

Dude in the shop is completely disrespectful. I'm a quite reasonable and professional person, I parked in the parking spot for less than 5 minutes to run into J&Js next door as there was no other parking. The guy took photos of my vehicle and plates and approached me being extremely disrespectful. I immediately apologized. He informed me to not park there again which I never have and apologized again. He has a poor attitude and demeanor. I would understand if I parked there for an extended period of time, or he had clients (which neither of the two). Additionally considering I apologized the situation could have ended respectfully, but he essentially made threats about the police and was over the top.
