I had an amazing experience this morning getting a couple piercings. All of the staff was extremely nice and super helpful. All of them had a smile on their face the entire time. A special shout out to the peircer. She walked me through everything step by step and had a great attitude. I definitely will be returning and I will recommend pandoras piercing to anyone who is even thinking about getting a piercing done.

The lady at the front counter with the Medusa piercing & black hair is extremely rude and impatient. There was confusion in miss communication and her lack of communication skills was not welcoming. I’ve had 10+ piercings from this location and this is my first ever bad experience

They were super busy so it wasn't their fault that it took a bit longer than expected but I loved it! The staff are all very friendly. I really wish I got the piercers name but he was the only guy. He was gentle, very friendly and personable, he made the experience so much better. The pricing is EXCELLENT. I called around and this was the best place. He did my nose and its perfect.
UPDATE: I am still in love with my piercing! I've had my nose pierced about 4 different times prior to this one, and they all got infected pretty soon after I got it pierced, this piercing has NOT gotten infected, I never once had an issue with this piercing and it's amazing. Seriously go here, they are professional & super nice!
