Skinhouse Tattoo Studio

My wife was in today to see Mick. We had an appointment, and Mick was AMAZING! We were not entirely sure what we wanted, but Mick was able to take our thoughts and sketch up the perfect tattoos. He was super friendly and professional. The tattoos turned out amazing!

My wife and I both have a tattoo by Raul and refuse to ever use any other artists. He is absolutely fantastic and so creative. He is highly skilled and exactly what you want in a tattoo artist. Highly recommend Skinhouse for all your tattoo needs.

My wife and I were walk ins a few days ago. Luckily Raul had some availability. He did a wonderful job on both of our tattoos. The shop was clean and everyone was very friendly. Awesome shop, awesome artists.

This being my first ever tattoo, I was extremely nervous and more worried about the pain than the actual time it took. Raul did an amazing job making sure I wasn't uncomfortable and made sure the pain wasn't too bad. During the Tattoo process he would ask me how I was feeling and if we needed to take a break, Which we didn't. He made the experience of my first Tattoo something I will forever cherish. I would 100% recommend ANYONE to come see him.Overall amazing Customer service from an amazing talented artist. Also some key notes: Studio was extremely clean and gave me a relaxing retro feeling. The music was a huge variety of Genres and very easy to mellow out the pain with. He also will spark conversations with his clients to get to know them better and make the experience easier. He is amazing with his clients and is willing to take as long as it takes for the person to feel comfortable and ready.

Raul has God-given talent, he hit it out of the park on my first tattoo!

Raul is amazing! He is so incredibly talented and has the ability to take an idea and bring it to life. I came to him with a general idea of what i wanted and what he gave me was a beautiful work of art. More than anything i could have imagined From that day I knew I would be a lifetime client. If you are looking for an artist who will listen to what you want, and put a masterpiece onto your skin, Raul is the guy you are looking for.

Two stars is for cleanliness and that’s being nice. Tattoo was super patchy and he didn’t go over some spots at all. He didn’t wipe down one of the tattoos at all and left it bloody, without checking the lines or how it looked at all. Not to mention the piercing I got, I never got to approve or even look at placement (which is off). And the jewelry chosen was completely too small and causing it to sink into the skin!! Also not to mention that his children kept running up to him during the appointment, the whole thing was rushed and subpar. I’m going to another shop to fix these mistakes. I will not be back and will not encourage others to come either.

Raul did my first tattoo a few days ago. He is very professional and did an outstanding job on a very detailed pick for me. He did such a good job I will be getting another one as soon as I can get on his schedule again. Thank you for being passionate about what you do and it shows in your work.

I came in for a flash tattoo on Friday the 13th, everything was going well, quick wait times, great pieces to choose from.
I was called for my turn in the chair, Nick was my artist.
He had a nasty attitude on him the ENTIRE time we were there, and I was actually about to ask for a different artist after hearing about this man, but I didn't want to come off disrespectful to Nick since he was ready and standing right in front of me.. he placed my tattoo crooked and I asked him if he could replace the stencil, and this man ROLLED HIS EYES at me, SIGHED SUPER HEAVY, and then he started taking the first stencil off with so much force, he was physically pushing me backwards while wiping it off.
Whatever, right?
He replaces it right the second time around, so we get started..
I have NEVER experienced such a rough tattoo in my entire life. This tattoo was bleeding a lot more than all my other tattoos ever have! He was using so much force on the needle, that he bruised me, BADLY.

On the other hand my other 3 friends all had a good experience with the other two artists (Raul and the blonde female) who were working and their tattoos came out great!

I am so unhappy with what I experienced working with Nick as my tattoo artist, if you do choose to go here PLEASE ASK FOR LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE BESIDES NICK.
HE WILL GIVE YOU A BRUISED UP TATTOO AND SERVE YOU HIS NASTY ATTITUDE THE ENTIRE TIME WHILE HE'S TATTOOING IT.

**also forgot to add that this man's kid kept coming up during everyone's tattoos, asking him to do things for her, or how old she needs to be to have a boyfriend, just silly pointless questions that can be discussed at home and not at work while actively tattooing customers.**

I came here on a friend's recommendation after an artist at a different shop blew off my appointment. Raul was able to get me in the next day. My tattoo turned out great and he even bought me lunch. I was really impressed and I'll be back for more work.
