Lost $150 here and got no tattoo. Id never recommend them to anyone. There are better tattooers in Boulder . Poor ink quality from the one little tattoo I got. Zak did not want to change the drawing to my liking. I was getting it tattooed after all and he did not want to change things after he had drawn up a sketch. Very unprofessional artist.
They offered to add $100 to any tattoo that I wanted after one of their employees stole the $100 from us and he did not report that we paid him. The tattooer Zak never finished my tattoo. One day before it was scheduled to be tattooed he had not finished it. I had changed the appointment a couple of times to give him more time and to get it done later on the year but still that wasn't enough. I had changed my mind on the design to add a Batman suit since I saw him draw one on a stitch , I did not want the drawing he had drawn up for his wife but wanted it customed changed to my liking. He did not want to. Looks like if his wife wants a certain tattoo he won't ever tattoo anything that even remotely looks close to what she wants. That's very unprofessional. As an artist you should go by what the client wants. They are paying you for it. All in all a bad experience with an untrustworthy tattoo shop.

Love love and LOVE my tattoo got it earlier today and omg it's amazing and it being my first tattoo I'm so excited. Raul did an amazing job and I drove 14 hours for this tattoo and can I say worth it 100% please if your looking for a artist who knows what they are doing and do it well go to Raul immediately 100 stars !!!!!!

I got my tongue pierced almost a week ago and they COMPLETELY horribly messed it up!!! And they are refusing to give me my money back! They just want to play games and dodge me and my boyfriend. DO NOT GO TO THEM. This isn't the first time I've gone there and was unhappy with what I've got. They are never open when they say they are. I've heard absurdly awful stories about them, also.

I bought a Groupon special for an hour of tattooing(x2). I tried scheduling this appointment for weeks afterwards. When I was finally able to get ahold of the shop owner and made an appointment, it was canceled TWO times when I showed up with ZERO notice. The dude (Raul) had my cell number because I texted and called many times. Raul is just extremely unprofessional and has awful customer service. That us too bad because his tattoos look decent. Thankfully, Groupon offered a refund for the nonsense I went through.
