Called fifteen minutes before I arrived, very accommodating (piercings).. really enjoyed the privacy given, as well as the aftercare instructions. It went really fast which was exactly what I wanted - not the first time I’ve been pierced!

I came here for a piercing and also brought a girlfriend. The male piercer we saw was awful. Not friendly, did not answer questions. Told me to wait till he was done and still hardly answered anything. Being new to the world of piercing I would appreciate more direction. Was not given aftercare instructions or the gauge size so I could purchase correct jewelry. Would not recommend.

Stay Local is the sister shop of Mantra Tattoo. I’ve had a great experience at both. Jeff has been my artist and I will definitely be sticking with him. Everyone is professional, they take the time to listen to you and love to hear your ideas. Don’t worry if you don’t know what you want or if you are nervous, I found the process easy and comfortable. I had the concept, I wanted something that was important to me and had meaning of the losses of friends but also something that would remind me to look up and I’d always know where to go in life, hence “lights will lead you home”.

I highly recommend theses guys.

Was referred here by another shop and they did not disappoint. Jeff Lester is an amazing artist who helped bring my concept to life. Gave me clear expectations thoughout the whole process. Clearly a guy who loves his craft and a dedicated artist. Would get stabbed here again

This is such a rad shop! My wife and I walked in asking about availability for us to both get multiple nose piercings, Mike was very welcoming and cool and helped set us up with Bianca for our piercings. Bianca was incredibly amazing and friendly, her professionalism and focus on cleanliness was top notch! She really helped us find the perfect jewelry and accommodated our four piercings, they were super rad of us having our toddler in tow, I am sure our daughter's Metallica shirt helped the cause as they were listening to metal. I HIGHLY recommend Stay Local! The second you walk in it feels like home, and they appeared to have some seriously talented tattoo artists that I will for sure look up after typing this. The fact that we walked without an appointment and left 30 minutes later, satisfied is incredible.

I called about half and hour before the shop opened on the off chance someone would be there and there was! I was able to get their first appointment for a nostril piercing and it was fantastic!

Jason the piercer was very professional, made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed of his movement at all times. I'd had the same nostril pierced before but I'd forgotten how much it hurt! Thankfully Jason was fast and it looks great!

Shop and piercing room was very clean - I was only visiting the area but would definitely go back for more work if I had the chance!

Luis was able to squeeze me in and did an amazing job on my tat. He was an awesome guy with great talent. Would highly recommend seeing him

I went into Stay Local to get tattooed by Luis. He is a tremendous artist, and he was amazing to work with. He was incredibly helpful, but most of all he was very patient! This wasn't my first tattoo, but Luis creates a great environment at this tattoo studio and it was definitely worth the trip from London UK to see him.
Luis only uses vegan products for his tattoos, which is very important for me. Whether you live in Denver or are just visiting, you should absolutely make time to see Luis and leave with a truly exceptional experience and an amazing tattoo.

Awesome artist, Nina is soooo good. Very kind to this old person. She is great!!!! Attentive, asking me about my comfort and gave me multiple breaks. Also concerned about my blood sugar, kept offering me 🍬, very sweet!
