Pedro did my girlfriend's tattoo two weekends ago. Since then it has been leaking ink, burning and very red. It's apparent that there is tattoo scarring there, however, the biggest issue is the lack of professionalism from the entire shop. She and I have called, text, emailed the shop and Pedro and have not received a response for days. Tattoo scarring only comes from inexperience or blatantly not doing your job correctly. The lack of communication afterwards is completely a choice that both Pedro and the the shop has chosen.
