Will overcharge you if you’re unaware how much tattoos really are, and will argue about the price saying you’re paying for the quality. The quality is also a joke tho, if anything this is a sub par tattoo shop that tries to get away with over charging you. (Sub par is me being nice)

If I could give zero stars, I would. For three weeks now I've tried meeting a piercer on 2 out of the 3 days they're supposed to have one at their H st. location (info from website). Each day no piercer. No one to sell me jewelry because no one 'feels comfortable selling me jewelry' because they are not a piercer. They obviously don't want to make money - why do you need a piercer to sell me diablo weights or any jewelry on display? I'm never coming here or any location for jewelry or piercing needs again.

Went for a tragus piercing earring change. Service was excellent, the guy at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Will be going back for another earring change.

I wouldn't go here for a tatoo. The woman at the front desk looked at me like I had 5 heads when I asked about pricing. They really don't value their customers. I'd try pinz and needles on 14th st instead. They have better service and better pricing.
