The hidden gem of tattoos and piercings in DC. May not be the biggest or most well known but I would recommend for quality work.

Quick, clean service. I've gotten about 6 piercings here.

Got my tongue pierced and the piercer was really friendly and helpful in answering my questions. He even laughed at my bad joke because he knew I was nervous. It was a quick process and virtually painless. I'm really happy with my piercing

I’m originally from Atlanta so I went based on my Google maps search for nearest piercers to me. And the piercer was nice enough & cool, calm, collected. HOWEVER, he was taking a long time to measure out and angle my scoop and it was still a bit asymmetrical compared to my last tongue piercing. I was given no physical aftercare instructions. Just gave me a little advice and sent me on my way because a few walk-in’s came in. [This photo was the NEXT morning.]
Then the usual swelling. But I woke up to pain and it was out… I’ll definitely do my research further before going to just any piercings/tattoo shop in DC

Finally got is done!!!

Yesterday was my day and I decided to get my nose pierced (though I could get none of my friends to make the trip with me, this journey was for me). I'd heard of Steve and Piercing connect from a Howard Student that has had hers done here. She said that she loves these folks.
So when I went in, the atmosphere was really laid back but don't let this fool you! The brother at the counter (Steve) was sharing his knowledge in a casual and calming way to educate a group of "piercing newbies." When I explained that too was a newby, Steve gave me a good quick info session on the do's and don'ts that I'd need to keep everything healthy and safe. I selected my jewelry and we were off to finally get it done. I expressed my fear (though I have tats and another piercing) which he completely respected and gave me more education regarding what to expect. I sat, I breathed, he cleaned and he pierced. It took SECONDS! NO PAIN!!! It's finally done!!

***So what you may want to know:
Location: Very accessible. Clean. Well lit. Professional treatment spaces.
Staffers: Cool, Laid Back, Knowledgeable, Professional and Friendly.
Sterile Technique: Absolutely!!! Steve used gloves. Opened NEW, sterile equipment.
Steve: Courteous, Professional, Educational, FAST with the procedure.
SHOULD YOU GO!!! ABSOLUTELY! You will be so pleased!

I have plenty of piercings and have worked the service industry for years. All to say I know and understand the standards of a business. This place is visibly unappealing and unprofessional. Maybe short staffed although there was another worker there relaxing in the back and walking around with no mask; until I called him out and he put it in ‘for me’ as he claims then disappeared again. Only the piercer was working; Second red flag. First red flag was upon entrance, I don’t mind stairs, however they were very dirty. The place in itself highly lacked in appearance and could have been way neater. Maybe they need a woman’s touch cause it seems as though it’s ran by guys who don’t understand what a great appearance can do. Lastly, I did not appreciate how many ppl were allowed in at a time. These are sensitive times and with the size of the place, no more than 2ppl should be allowed in the waiting room at a time. Which I was very confused by because I was told to book online when I called. If everyone booked online and is told not to come in no more than 10/15 min before their appt, all that could be avoided....... I did still get pierced only because the piercer himself, Steve was very nice, clean, and great at what he does. I’m rooting for this place but they REALLY need to step it up. They could generate way more business if they simply Do Better!! You can call this #toughlove. Come on my people!! *prayer hands*

Steve was fast and really nice. I was scared but he made me laugh to make me relax.

Heard about this place through Instagram. I was able to purchase my piercing before arrival through their online website along with a discount (Which I found pretty cool) I went in & there were 5 people ahead of me, You had to sign in & have your id present as well as sign a consent for (All good signs). The piercing I was requesting was a bit risqué but the piercer (Steve) handled me very well and professionally. I would definitely recommend & go back myself.

me & my friend stopped in from out of town to get piercings done here and once arrived, i had to use the bathroom and 1. DISGUSTING 2. Toilet was clogged , after using the bathroom and still deciding sure, we're here why not? there is another guy who starts falling vomiting everywhere - literally. it was just not the cleanest atmosphere or not anything were used to seeing maybe.

So quick and so affordable. I was in there for like 15 minutes and was done. I paid $85 for a conch and anti tragus piercing. Really cool place.
