I just got my first tattoo from Jeff! (Instagram handle is @jeffbecktattooer) We had called him the night before and he told us to come in so we could show him my idea & the next day he drew it on my arm & went for it, so happy I chose to come here instead of the other tattoo shops. He’s very nice & makes sure you’re comfortable with what he’s doing and he’s an amazing artist!

Kelly is the King!! He transformed my friend Dawn's tattoo into a real work of art!! It looked like something straight out of a horror movie before he got his hands on it!! He listened to her vision and made it come to life! We will definitely see Kelly soon and highly recommend him!

This is another attempt at leaving a truthful reveiw of my experience at Gearhead, lol they had my last review removed. I have gone to this shop and seen the same tattoo artist for years, in fact I had the biggest crush on him which was silly and allowed me to be taken advantage of. The last tattoo I got there I wanted to be epic a chest piece with exposed bones and a heart with bats wings it would have been awesome only it ended up looking like a grey blob that the artist when contacted to fix acted as if it was beneath him to fix and taking out on his personal time like for free! I paid 750 for this grey blob that I wish I could rip off my skin. I was then told to find another shop from that point on...which I planned on this is something I have to wear for the rest of my life and I hate it. Be very weary of Gearhead.

I find it absolutely ridiculous that every time I go into Gearhead to get quality jewelry for my piercings I never know how absurdly long the wait will be because the only person who sells jewelry in the shop is the piercer. I never mind waiting my turn for a professional piercing but only having one person available to sell jewelry is pretty unfriendly to returning customers.

I had my septum ring changed out here, I can honestly say I wish I would have come here to have it done in the first place. The price for both changing it and the new jewelry was amazing, the man who changed it out was gentle and it was an all around great experience. I seriously would recommend this place over anywhere else.
