I had a great experience. Dylan was a pleasure to work with, and the final product came out beautiful. I will definitely be back to finish the sleeve with him. From the guy at the front desk, to the other artists working on clients, everyone was friendly and cordial.

I’ve been getting pierced since I was 16 I’m 25 now and Mel is the first piercer I’ve had who I feel comfortable with. She’s done my nipples, forward helix, nose, Medusa, Ashley and eyebrow. She’s the best piercer I’ve ever had. She hypes you up so you stay confident and walks you through everything she does. She’s super quick and gentle. I’d highly recommend going to her.

I received a left arm nautical sleeve tattoo from Chris Blinston. The tattoo was done well and I am very happy with it. During that process in June 2021 I had originally set the first appointment for 9/11/21. The beginning of Sept 2021 I was contacted by staff that Chris decided he was going to do a tattoo convention for the veterans on 9/11/21 and that my tattoo would need to be rescheduled. I was very disappointed after waiting for months, but I understood and let the issue go because it was for the veterans. I got rescheduled for the end of Sept, and that appointment went great. I also had my girlfriend get a tattooed, which turned out well. In October the second part of the nautical sleeve was done and that went well also.

I then at the end of October 2021 scheduled work on my right arm for January 2, 2022. Each time I got tattooed by Chris I had to travel 4 hours each way and would get a hotel room, as I do not live in South Florida. Chris was aware of that.

I provided detailed images and instructions regarding the tattoo and had also asked for Chris to use his artistic skills to help me design the tattoo. The first tattoo I had designed completely but I needed help on the second one. I asked Chris to please collaborate with me and for us to complete the design well in advance. Chris sent me some of his ideas, but I never got a chance to conference with Chris about the design as I had asked multiple times. In my opinion, a tattoo artist should be willing to spend time with you on the design phase when it is something permanently going on your body. Chris never seemed to want to have that collaboration however.

I booked a cruise out of South FL so that it would have me back in time in South FL to do the tattoo. I gave up other better cruises to make sure it would not interfere with the tattoo on 1/2/22. I also booked a hotel stay in South FL so that once the cruise returned I (and the family traveling with me) could stay in South FL for the tattoo.

On the day before the tattoo (1/1/22), after waiting two months, while I am already in South FL and after already having incurred the hotel expense, Chris cancelled via e-mail sent by his staff. He did not have the courtesy to call me and discuss the situation man-to-man. When I e-mailed back and respectfully communicated that I was upset about the last minute cancellation and (respectfully) asked that I be compensated for the hotel expense, Chris' staff e-mailed back claiming I had threatened them (which I NEVER did in any way), that Chris had passed it on to his attorney, and that they would be watching for any defamation/slander in the public domain. The e-mail also stated that I was no longer welcome in the shop. I want to stress that I was in no way disrespectful with any of my communications with Chris or his staff. I did not deserve the harsh response I received, especially considering I had every right as a customer to be annoyed at the last minute cancellation.

So it is because of the poor customer service Chris displayed in this situation that I now give Chris a bad review. It did not display any caring whatsoever for the customer. It is a shame, as Chris is a good tattoo artist. But I do not believe the way I was treated was right.

From start from to finish Melanie was helping the process go as smooth as possible. I got two nose piercings on my left nostril and it was over in less than 2 minutes. Her talking me through the double piercing was so soothing, she knows what she’s doing! Super cool gal!

Dylan did the best tattoo on my thigh as well as my daughter! Trevor was an awesome piercer too! Emily did my little tattoo when they had the amazing fund raiser for MSD. ALL proceeds from the fund raiser went to Stoneman Douglas including tips!!! GREAT place!!!! Definitely recommend it!!! 😊

The Tattoo shop is very clean, they also have great customer service. Will highly recommend.

I just got my first tattoo from here with Amy and I'm so happy with it. She was patient, made sure I knew exactly how it would look and change over time, and even let me completely switch designs at the last second when I was unsure of my original design. She did an amazing job and was quick too! Definitely coming back here as soon as I figure out my next design!!

They didn’t do my tattoo right, the lines are really bad, there’s no professional, like for the price is not a professional thing, I am very dissatisfied with what they did to me, I took them the photo of the tattoo and the person who did it to me didn't even have time to tell what the tattoo was like, he changed some things, and forgot others, and he hadn't even noticed. They don't take their customers time. just to make money
