Got my daughter's nose pierced there the girl was amazing! She made it so easy for her to relax

My prior tattoo artist did a poor job on one of my dog portraits so I went to No Hard Feelings based on a friend's recommendation. I was just going to consult and find which artist to use. Fortunately, I was introduced to Emily Tides who happened to have a cancellation when I came in. FANTASTIC!!! She covered up the lousy tattoo and it now looks like my dog. In addition, I proceeded to get portraits of my 2 new dogs and I love them. They even pass the wife test. She loves them, too. Emily is talented, creative and genuinely concerned about doing a great job. Ask for her when you go.

I was tattooed by Sabrina Nolan and not only did my piece come out better than I could have imagined, but she was such a sweetheart!!! The environment in the shop is super uplifting and cool and they really try to make you comfortable. Her work is phenomenal and I would recommend not only her, but this shop to anyone in southern Florida! Thanks again Sabrina!!

Mike, my piercer, was extremely professional and very helpful answering any and all questions that I had. The room that I was pierced in could not have been more sterile; it made me feel very at ease. The piercing experience went great, I hardly felt anything. Mike did an unbelievable job, even taking the time to double and triple check that everything lined up right . He carefully explained the aftercare procedures to make sure I understood what I was being told and did in a very friendly manner. Thank you very much for an excellent job!

I have no tattoos, but I did have my ears pierced here. Vanity was great-patient, professional, and she ended up re-doing them for free because of a problem with scar tissue in my earlobes from a surgery when I had them stitched up a few years ago. The only thing that plastic surgeon forgot to tell me was that it would be difficult to re-pierce them. The earlobes are small, and scar tissue cannot hold an earring without eventually tearing. There was very little area to work with so it was tricky, and we had to try twice. The owner of No Hard Feelings was gracious enough to not charge me again for a second set of smaller starter earrings. Btw, their faux diamond studs are very nice quality, and almost look like the real thing. We had to agree to pierce them a little bit higher than normal, but above the existing scar tissue so my earrings should hold up. I do not get tattoos, but I have seen some very impressive designs while I was waiting for my appointment. And I would definitely recommend No Hard Feelings for its professionalism and customer courtesy. Do not go to Claire's - I did go there, and the girl pierced my ear right in the center of the scar tissue. Go to a professional tattoo parlor that specializes in all kinds of piercings and understand the importance of proper sterilization. They also pierce with the actual earring, instead of a piercing gun of questionable cleanliness.

Wow, the piercer Trevor Short is amazing! I came here with my girlfriend previously, who got tattooed by Emily Tides and she did a great job. We came back around when Emily wasn't working and decided to get a simple piercing. Trevor is a very patient and precise piercer. I will be recommending everyone of my friends to go to this shop for both their artists and their piercer!

The shop is clean & well organized. They have a great staff. Everyone who works there make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Emily Tides, Clarissaanna, Amy, Skeye & all the rest are fantastic artists.!!! They are all willing to patiently work with you to get the tattoo you want with beautiful results.

No hard feelings is the ONLY tattoo shop I will go to. Their artists and staff are amazing and really listen to what you want. I've been tattooed here two times already and am making plans for my 3rd trip soon!! I have recommended them to my friends numerous times and they have all been extremely happy with the results.

I had to come in multiple times before I was actually able to get the piercing I wanted, but they were under reasonable circumstances and just coincidental bad times, so I don't hold it over them. At around my 3rd time going in, I received a $10 coupon because they were closing earlier the day after their fundraiser and I didn't make it in time. At around my 5th time though, I was finally taken in. The wait was worth it though. The service was so great that I want to go back and get another piercing just because of how comfortable I felt getting this one. Trevor was incredibly experienced (as should be of course) and made sure that all my questions and doubts were answered. Everyone else working there were also very helpful and friendly towards me too. This place is awesome.
