Heather is amazing for piercings! She is super knowledgeable and efficient. She explains everything, and is so comforting and calming if you're nervous. I had a nose repierce, and it was quick and painless! Thanks so much!

Walked in on our anniversary to get tattoos. We had Hannah (apprentice) and she did awesome. The design we wanted had a lot of dot work and she did awesome! I have several tattoos and she was the most gentle artist I have had. We are getting tons of compliments on them. Thanks again!

Excellent customer service and the artists genuinely care about your tattoo. I've received multiple tattoos from Monki- each one far exceeds expectations. My parents have also gotten tattoos from Kristen- and they are very, very well done. Prices are very fair and the shop is clean and inviting. 10/10 do recommend.
No Thanks
We walked in and asked about a tattoo. Guy asked us to email him a picture . We did it while we were standing there. He said he’d draw something up and he’d call us shortly about when to come in later today. He didn’t think it would take longer than an hour from start to finish. Three hours later we called and they apologized because other people walked-in and they were now booked. Um, ok. We were a walk-In, too. You’re better off at The Electric Tattoo downtown. Way better service.

I had 2 dermals done Saturday evening paid 100 bucks for them, within 12 hours both FELL OUT! One the night of and the other in my sleep. I tried contacting them Sunday & looked on google and saw they weren’t open again until Tuesday so I called Tuesday n told the lady I was gonna come in after work to sort this out. Obviously she had done something wrong for not just one but both of them to fall out after the swelling had slightly subsided I figured honest mistake, but no this lady not only ACCUSED me of ripping out my own piercings after spending $350+ on jewelry, tattoos for myself and others and piercings that day but she tried to charge me again for HER mistake!!! She was very rude and unprofessional. I’m not fool to piercings including dermals seeing as I’ve had a facial dermal for YEARS with no problems whatsoever!!!! With how much I spent and considering I showed proof of the dermals coming out & trying to reach her she could’ve at least re done them which is what I asked for but instead she acts like I’m at fault and would have to pay for services a second time over her carelessness? I lost all respect for a shop me and my family have been going to for years!!!? DO NOT RECOMMEND !
