I called on the phone to ask about a price quote and the person over the phone was very rude and condescending and hung up before I could finish asking questions. I wouldnt get a tattoo here. Hopefully that guy reads this and reflects on his customer service skills. Wed, Jan 18 1:35 PM

Love this shop all-around. I've been here twice and both were great experiences. The artists do amazing work and very friendly. I saw Katie today and she nailed what I wanted. I can't wait to come back. My first tattoo from here I got from Rob, a year and a half ago and it still looks just as good as the day I got it.

Walked in on yesterday about 1 pm. Greeted promptly and nicely...unlike some places i have walked into. Little busy because of the game crowd in town. Tony helped explain the work i wanted should done last as it would have limited future ideas and space. So i went with my next choice i had in mind. Tony took my pic and we discussed detail levels, price and he created the stencil... off we went. Great atmosphere, good music good work and price. 4 stars for now save the 5th for second visit

Not happy at all with the tattoo artist. Wasn't paying him to put his spin on the tattoo. The stencil looked fine. Traced out on my arm looked fine. End result was nothing like the stencil. Artist stated he thought it should look like something other than what was agreed upon. When I expressed concern, he stopped, was rude, and my tattoo is incomplete (not colored in). I have other tattoos, got exactly what I asked for. I expected better from a place with a pretty good reputation but I realized it was just the one artist two other artists said they could help get tattoo closer to where I wanted. The rest of the people there do great work. Wish I had gotten one of them. The guy that scheduled my appointment was friendly. I really think it was just the one guy. I've seen responses from the owner when someone isn't pleased and I want to say that I'm not slamming your shop, (loved the shop, music, atmosphere) or the rest of the staff. My review reflects only one person.

The atmosphere is fantastic, the artist are off the charts amazingly talented. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. A lot of my family including myself will go NO where else for tattoos! Dirty Rob is our main man..flawless work! Can't wait to book the next appointment!! Walk ins or schedule options.
