I put a 300$ deposit in a disney sleeve back in March 2020 before covid hit hard. I have been staying in contact with Vincentt thru this time and he assured me everything was going to be ok I could still get everything done. Well a month back I messaged the owner about all of this because vincentt quit working there now I cant do my sleeve and no one will call me back about my 300$ all I want it my tattoo or my deposit back idc this is ridiculous
