Needed some emergency assistance with jewelry from an old piercing. Everyone was so pleasant and willing to help, even tho it was late and near closing. They helped me immediately, no waiting at all. They made me feel like family and even sat with me for extra time discussing other services. I didnt feel rushed or stressed for showing up so late with no appointment. The gentleman that sterlized/ reinstalled my jewelry was very clean, knowledgeable and speedy.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My favorite part- they did not beg me to leave a rating/ review or force a discount on me for leaving a review before i leave. No one even brought it up at all. They simply provided great customer service and seemed genuinely excited to be of service. Will mos def be going back for future piercings. 😍

Went in after reviewing a few places in Jacksonville and this place was my pick and im glad I did. I got septum and nostril done by John not the famous Johnny but Lil' John, thats his new nickname by me 😂. He was so quick, cool, calm. Like he been doing it all his life. In and out in 20 min. I love it bro. My wife jealous now so i will be back.. Tats next for me. And the shop was clean af. Cool laid back vibe i was impressed. He was outside waiting and basically knew who i was walking up. Ill spend here again and again.

The place was great and the service was even better. I got two tattoos and my nose pierced and my artistic was phenomenal. His name is flick and I will never go two anyone else. My friend is also getting tattooed by Rick and the tattoo looks great. I wouldn’t suggest going anywhere else.
