Rabbit was AMAZING! This was my first piercing and it took her like 45 seconds to do. No guns or clamps needed and she pierced me in the perfect spot on my nose. She took the time to answer all of my questions, walk me through the process, and could tell I was a little nervous so she let me pick the music we listened to. She even answered some follow-up questions I had a few days after the piercing. She was funny, relaxed, friendly, patient, and very professional!

Came in 2 hrs before close with my sister to get matching tattoos (my first tattoo)... we could not decide on anything and Lip took his time helping us find the perfect one. He was very helpful, patient and informative. The atmosphere was great they were really friendly and professional at the same time. Love this shop. My best friend and I were looking for somewhere to get a piercing from but every shop we called either were appointments only or didn't have a piercer in until we found Jax ink. They were clean,friendly,timely,and over all best shop I've been to in Jax so far so because I had an amazing experience last time my husband and I are going back today to get our tattoos done from them so if you are looking for a good shop to call home then I deff recommend Jax ink you won't be disappointed ♥️

Today was my son's 18th birthday. I made an appt with the owner Johnny (nice guy) a week ago so that everything would be ready TODAY. Well...it didn't turn out that way. Flick was scheduled to do the tat...but he didn't appear ready or inclined since he was adamant about not being "scheduled" on Fridays. Besides the unprofessional rudeness...he was HIGH as HELL!! He and his friend literally rolled out of a truck in a cloud of weed smoke!!! He told me to find a tattoo artist that wasn't blazed...SO I DID! With that said...please BEWARE! God Bless.

I came into this place on a Thursday evening just looking to see if I could get a nose piercing. They greeted us soon as we walked in and got me started. I forgot the guys name who did my piercing but he was so professional and made my whole experience quick and easy. I definitely will be back for more, thank you guys so much

I got a tattoo here several months ago and it blew my mind how awful it came out I feel mostly responsible because I didn't have the guy stop but tattoos are permanent so get them done by someone good and when someone is putting ink into your skin look at there tats first on there own skin to see if they know what quality looks like. Never ever go here. Good luck

Had an amazing experience here. My girlfriend and I both came in to get our septum’s pierced and the guy (possibly the owner?) got us taken care of extremely quickly.
He made the process quick and as painless as possible, and cracked some great jokes along the way. Will definitely be heading back to get some ink from here in the near future.
