Every artist is amazing! This may be the best customer orientated tattoo shop. Had drinks ready for us when we arrived and made sure the process was seem less and perfect!

nico’s attention to detail and customer service is amazing. guess i will have to travel back to maimi for the rest of my tattoos!

Very unprofessional.
I had emailed tattoology with some of my ideas and to schedule a consultation but did not get a reply. It had been almost a week since i first emailed them so I ended up giving them a call.
When I called the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about and said the person in charge of the emailing wasn’t there and that she’ll let them know. I, shortly after, received an email saying they had actually emailed me but “the message was in outbox and never sent” and went on about scheduling a consultation that Friday or Saturday.
I agreed to go that Saturday at the specified time.
Saturday morning and a 40 minute drive later I arrive at the shop.
15….20….35 minutes goes by and the receptionist tells me that my tattoo artist wasn’t aware of my appointment that day and if I wanted I could wait another 30 minutes for her to show up. Which unfortunately, I could not. Even though I was disappointed, I still schedule another visit for the following week.
Another 40 minute drive and I’m back at the shop the following week.
25 minutes go by and the receptionist comes up to me and says my tattoo artist isn’t coming and if I’d like to schedule another appointment.
At this point I’m completely baffled. How could this happen again. I explained to ‘Ana’, the receptionist, that this is the second time this has happened to me which she shrugged her shoulders and told me she knew nothing about that.
Another tattoo artist comes and asks to hear my ideas to relay the message to my actual tattoo artist.
Funny part is he asked Ana how I could schedule my tattoo appointment and while on her phone in front of her computer she told me to email the shop like I did before.
She didn’t even want to make my appointment even though I was right in front of her.
Completely disappointed with this whole experience.
It’s a shame how little the people representing the shop actual care.

The place is amazing, super clean and relaxing, I've done a few tattoos with Alejandra, all of them are impressive, she is amazing and professional. Ill recommend her to anybody that's looking for a perfect tattoo.

I have been Tattoology Lounge 3 times and gotten a total of 4 tattoos and have never left unhappy. Nicolas is awesome! He took my ideas and made them better and he he is very talented.

I got a tattoo from Nico today and was very impressed with him and the shop. I got a simple tattoo but he took the time to make sure it was placed perfectly which I really appreciated. It was the first time that I felt like the artist actually cared about how the tattoo came out and whether I liked it. It also came out amazing! I will definitely be saving all my future tattoos to get from here when I am back in Miami

I came to Miami with 3 other people and this was our "last horah" before we flew out the following morning. Their tattoo machine game was great! I was worried about getting something "cheesy, or lame" but I love what I got and so does everyone else I went with! We all got Gabrielle and he was so gentle handed and so professional. I'd go back often if we didn't live far away. I'd 12/10 recommend!

Amazing artists!! Love love love my tattoo done by Alejandra, she was booked up for a few months till I had my appointment, I almost cxl due to my hectic work schedule I wasn’t going to make that day we schedule for, but the receptionist worked with me and got to accommodate my appointment. I’m happy I got to keep the appointment & it was so worth the wait! The details Alejandra put into my tattoo, I’m super happy with the results. 100% believe in if you’re going to put ink on your body make it worth it & you definitely pay what you get for here!! Thank you Tattoology I recommend them to everyone that loved my tattoo :) definitely coming back again!
