So just got my nipples pierced and my mom got dermalss pierced by Coffee ! So professional and knew his facts. He was very honest and gentle, didn't act rude or tug like most piercers!! Made me feel safe!!!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Upon entering the shop I was greeted with "how can I hurt you today"? Lol Coffee, my piercer, was great. My piercing is just what I wanted.

Great piercings! Both turned out nice and he listened to our concerns and made us comfortable. Only downside that really very frustrated me was that he used a piercing gun, instead of a needle to pierce my ears without telling me first. My fault for assuming he would use a needle, but still really infuriating since it’s pretty common sense to use something significantly better that also has easier aftercare. A bit ridiculous to pay $54 for something I could’ve gotten at Claire’s. If I wanted a gun to be used I would’ve gone to Claire’s. Would be three stars based on my experience, but my friends septum went really well. Very clean procedure though otherwise.

HOLLY WAS HORRIBLE! It was my friends first tattoo ever and she was so hateful! She has NO customer service what so ever. We asked if we could change our who sits in the room with the person getting tattooed and she simply went behind her TRASHY curtain and replied “Nope” she should try a different profession. Maybe something with a little less customer contact. Trash women?? Horrible horrible horrible

I walked in and staff was super nice! I was nervous about getting it done but they made it to where i was less nervous. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to get any piercing or tattoo!

mady did my helix piercing & was amazing!! so sweet & comforting even though i was very nervous. only took off a star because holly was extremely rude to my friends and i. she made smart comments consistently & was extremely negative throughout the tattooing process. very unwelcoming & would not recommend her.

Went in looking for a tattoo, something simple. Was told it was $150 per 4 words and my tattoo idea was 3 words and an abbreviation. I was then told it would be $350 which tells me the prices they say are not true. Whole time I tried to work with what I wanted and they kept changing it and judging me for it. The guys attitude is snarky and unnecessary, very unprofessional. I go on to not get the tattoo saying “thank you for your time and working with me” and I got no response but I push off.
