If I could give 0 stars I would!!! We were vacationing and wanted a small tattoo to remember the adventure. First off they charge $60 for literally a dime size tattoo if even that big… then we decided later that night to just pay cause this was on our bucket list. We go back at 9:40pm and the price the receptionist gave a few hours ago then upped the price to $75!!!! This place is a scam and that male receptionist needs a new job! They take advantage of tourists and do not care if you call them out on it !! This is a warning DO NOT GO HERE!!

Could not give them 0 stars or I would!! Me and 3 friends went in for a bachelorette trip to get small tattoos at 10:45pm, not only were we greeted with rolling eyes but groans from what I can only assume is the owner. Not only is it an outrageous up charge but incredibly rude. Not only will I not come back, but I will not be recommending to anyone.

Nice clean shop. Inside is really neat. Walls are covered in art work and ideas. Good selection of jewelry and prices arnt not completely ridiculous like most shops in this area. Wife got three piercings done and the piercer was one of the best I've ever met, He was friendly and did an amazing job. I have plans to back and get some ink done too. Go check em out.

Walked in at 10pm to get my nipples pierced amd was literally in the room in less than 5 minutes. Lawrence did a wonderful job! I was so nervous, he just kept talking to me throughout the whole thing. Thank you so much! I LOVE them!

Kevin even gave my grandson a tattoo to make him feel like he was part of the crew!! He’s 4 so it was a stick on tattoo! But Kevin is an amazing guy!! Thank you guys for everything!

I recently got an oriental tattoo and I am extremely impressed with the work. I paid $50 to have steve-o custom draw me a Japanese font for my quote and he not only made an awesome font but did an exceptional job on the tattoo. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be going there again for future tattoos. The price is worth it.

I got my outter conch pierced by Lawrence and he was excellent
First piercing in 10 years and he was fast, professional and great. I was asking him questions and didn't realize he was done with the piercing. I'm a wimp! And watched too many YouTube videos about the piercing. Trust me have your own experience! I will never go to anther place to get my piercing. Woke up the next day no pain no swelling!

There is no better place in Panama City Beach. I have gotten 6 tattoos from here.. all top quality.. I live in Cincinnati and since my 1st one with Oxygen I have gotten everyone there after since from them. I don't bother getting them in my hometown because they are not that good. I have 5 tattoos from my hometown shop's and you can just tell the difference.
