Made appt even paid a deposit and when we showed up was told the piercing guy was not there to wait a few while he was located. When he was finally reached I was told I can reschedule or “It’s a lot of other places I can go”..... The are a clean and friendly shop but Very unprofessional shop but they did give me back my deposit...

I'm sure the work is quality but I messaged twice and then got a response once I booked an appointment and then when I arrived they were having a tattoo party. Then was asked to wait a moment for them to figure something out only to be left standing there. So I left. What a disappointment.
