Just wow! The entire experience was super dope. Miya’s staff are so cohesive that you wouldn’t be able to tell they are new employees. The tattoo shop (Peters Street Station) has a lounge at the bottom for jam sessions, etc. in addition there’s an art gallery passing through and heading up to the tattoo shop. The establishment was clean. The parking is not the greatest but I did have one of the gentleman move my car right in front the tattoo shop which was a plus. Everyone makes you feel at home and the environment is very comfortable. Thanks so much! Customer service was on point.

Very dope place. Love the energy and the staff. Reached out to KD about a promotion they were running and I was able to get the tattoo I wanted (thought I wouldn't be able to). The service, the staff, and the merch items to purchase were great. Justin did my work and he was professional, hilarious, and did great work. Highly recommend 🙌🏾

Rosey did and amazing job with my, my fiancee, her bestie and our goddaughter's tattoos. He was fast, clean, and the entire staff was chill and welcoming. Parking was a tad tight, but everything else was great! I'll definitely be back.

Took my family here for tattoos for my daughter's 18th birthday. Rosey was our artist. He did not disappoint! We spent close to 4 hours here (there was 4 of us)getting our tattoos done and didn't even feel like it! Definitely recommend him as your tattoo artist! The atmosphere was awesome! Great place and people! She (daughter) couldn't be happier!!! look at that smile! My sister on other hand.... 😂

Def got the worst tattoo of my life there. Artist bragged about having 18 years experience and then proceeded to screw up an easy tattoo and he won’t even respond to me. Janky line work, uneven and asymmetrical, shading in places that I specifically said no shading, and to top it off the entire tattoo is lopsided. No idea what was going on in his head that night but he ruined an easy tattoo that I now need to get fixed.

City of Ink is the Best! Started 17 yrs ago by Miya Bailey and Tuki Carter who have now expanded their tattoo shop to a community empire! They mentor some of the world greatest tattoo artist (make sure to check out my girl Goldie!), to creating clothing lines, coffee shop that brings all types of art to the community from open mics to comedy shows, and they even have a Art gallery where they feature local artist through monthly art expeditions and showcases! COI has some of the best tattoo artist ever! You can definitely get whatever your heart desires! And if you don't know for sure they will definitely hook you up with something unique unlike anything anyone else has that you will absolutely love. You will always be apart of COI family.

I would not work with Rosey again and here's why.
I reached out to him via ig dm bc i liked one of his recent tattoos.
He was open to the work and i told him i would be flying from NY to ATL to be tattood. We confirmed about a month in advanced and he told me he would send me a draft of his drawing.
About a week before i flew out i contacted him again to see if a draft was ready. There was none.
He said he would get me one by friday. My appointment was for the next Wednesday.
Friday i did not get one and i reminded him on Sunday that i would be flying out and wanted to confirm - he says he would get me a drawing by the next day. Didn't happen. Tuesday evening is when i got the first draft drawing in this review which i obviously was not happy with.
Long story short. In person the vibe was completely off. He clearly did not respect me or want to honor the design that I wanted and then i felt pressured into getting the tattoo anyway. During the tattoo he constantly had conversation right over me with the next artist. There was alot of male mysogynistic energy that felt very uncomfortable. Things were made worst by then openly hazing the two young women who work there telling them things like you're not allowed to talk and calling them the nick name "mouse" . I left feeling traumatized and disgusted. Weird vibes. Would never patronize again and still very mad at myself for sitting through the large tattoo.
