Got many of my Tattoos here, was always a great shop. Rob did most of them, and he is semi retired from Tattooing. Plus I was lucky enough to have Cap do a portrait of my daughters, while he was still with us. Rest in Peace Cap, you were an amazing artist.

Let me tell you, this piercing experience could not have gone better. Shout out to Tyler for piercing my nose. He was super friendly, comforting, and quick. You get what you pay for, and you pay for quality, reassurance, and professional outcomes.

Awful experience! I do not recommend getting Lil D as your tattoo artist. I came to the shop with a general idea of what my sleeve wanted to look like, and Lil D quickly sketched a drawing that I liked. However, during the process, he never told me how darkly he was going to shade the tattoo.... and BAM. My tattoo is WAY too dark and shaded in. I felt a bit too intimidated at the moment to say anything, but now I regret it. Looks like a big black blob around my forearm!
This tattoo, in my opinion, looks terrible. I have also gotten the opinions of other tattoo artists and they all agree that the artist shaded in way too much. The lines are crooked and the entire design is just so flawed. Lil D was polite, but didn't clearly communicate with me. It also felt like I was pulling teeth trying to talk to him about adding things to my tattoo to better integrate my sleeve. During the entire process, I felt anxious and stressed out. I do NOT recommend him as a tattoo artist! I even called the shop asking if it were normal to have such a dark tattoo; the person I called said that it would fade... well, it's been almost a month, and nothing has faded. I am now looking at ways to improve my tattoo and/or consider laser removal. WORST DECISION EVER.

I have gotten two tattoos here, and this is definitely a shining example of how tattoo shops should be run. Everyone is exceptionally helpful and friendly, the artists are both skilled and take all of the necessary sanitary cautions, and they go out their way to make sure clients are happy and comfortable.

I received a tattoo on June 18, and within a week time it became infected. I contact the salon and informed they of what was happening and sent pictures they informed me that it wasn’t infected (via pictures and video), but that because of the area it heals different.
Well I ended up going to urgent care and was later referred to a Wound Clinic. Where I was under their care for 3 weeks and out of work for over a week.
I reached out to the shop to inform them of was was going on and I haven’t heard back from the yet.
This was my first time at this shop and I am not happy with the customer services for after care.

I got my first tattoo at Timeless from Chase back in 1997. Fast forward almost 20 years to when I got my last tattoo at Timeless from Lew. I will never go anywhere else! Cap knows how to pick them and he runs a great shop.

I have to start off by saying when I first went to this shop I was VERY apprehensive. I had recently got a tattoo by a "friend" who completely scared my skin and the tattoo looked like a 4 year old had done it. Needless to say I wanted this tattoo fixed or covered up, but I was afraid to have anyone else give me a tattoo because of my previous bad experience. I did a lot of research before coming to Timeless Tattoo and I really liked what I had read. When I got there John was very reassuring and professional and could clearly see my skin had undergone some major trauma because of an unprofessional. He explained step by step what his plan was to help me and made sure I was ok with everything he was going to do. It's going to take multiple sessions for my tattoo to be completed, but so far everything has gone amazingly! Each time I have come in John has been professional and friendly. I really like that he is not heavy handed and he works quickly. He is very confident in his work and he has " a wealth of useless tattoo knowledge" ( his words)
I can't wait to see how my tattoo looks when its finally completed. I will add photos later!
You can't go wrong by getting a tattoo done by John Collins. Plus he was on Ink Master season 8! ( check him out on Hulu)

If you are getting a tattoo, you need to go to Timeless Tattoo! It's a great environment with friendly staff who will give you an upfront, honest opinion about the tattoo you want to get. I have gotten all my tattoos from Morgan and have nothing but praise! If you get your tattoo from Morgan, you will not be disappointed!
