I got my nose pierced from here and a couple of my other friends got their ears pierced. The place was very clean and everybody that worked there was extremely friendly! Afterwards Topher, the piercer, was very informative on how to take care of the piercings. Thank you so much Topher, you did a great job. We will definitely be coming back here again. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I was referred to this shop by and friend and wanted to get my kid's nose pierced for his birthday. I called and was told that the piercing would cost me $35 so I dropped my kid off with my debit card and that was that. After picking him up he told me that he was charged $45 due to not using cash. That wasn't what I was told on the phone at all. I called and complained to the girl that I had spoken to earlier and she said it was due to credit card fees that they are charged. I understand that credit cards charge a small percentage as a fee, but that wasn't what I was told or I would have stopped at an ATM and got cash. It's not the money, but the principle that irritates me. At any rate I called and they had a chance to fix it, but didn't.
