My sister in law and I made appointments to get our septum’s pierced. Kristin answered the phone and was incredibly polite and nice, and I immediately felt at ease. We were immediately welcomed by Annabelle when we walked in, who was also wonderful and friendly. Nicole did our piercing, she was awesome and made us both feel comfortable (also so nice)! 10/10 would recommend. Will be back!

Very ignorant customer service, simply asked to speak with an artist or body modification artist and was met with an attitude and the comment that they won't do it anyways! What a great way to greet a potential customer. In fact what she didn't know is that I have been in the tattoo profession for a decade and I don't expect the poor quality of customer service I had received!! There goes money for your business due to a sorry work ethic!
