Done an excellent job on my tattoo! Im definitely coming back again.

For a tattoo place that services predominantly military personnel, it is a shame you don’t honor $100 deposits; even if the patron calls to cancel an appointment due to being unable to keep it for military restationing reasons, and then returns to ask that you honor the $100 deposit so they can schedule again months later... only to have the artist disregards them and state the deposit is for the first appt scheduled only and won’t honor it, but another artist says the deposit is intended for “no-call, no-show” purposes. So clearly this policy isn’t adhered to consistently across their studio. $100 thrown away and even with a tattoo that would have been done hourly and likely commissioned over a grand in profit... Therefore, I do not recommended this place for service members if there is even the slightest chance you may get sent TDY or deployed after making a deposit REGARDLESS if you are a responsible patron and cancel before your appt. Thanks for nothing Melissa Posey; the way you do business is “other than honorable” in my books.

I went to get a tattoo priced and the guy behind the desk was very condescending and discourteous after i inquired for a breakdown on some work that seemed over priced. I could have bought the tattoo 4 times if i wanted but the attitude is a no. I'll never come back.

Walked in last night with a few friends to check out some tattoos and possibly setting up an appointment to get one. Couldn't really find anything in particular I wanted in their portfolios so we shared some ideas with the artists with detailed pictures and they said they would be open at 11 on Saturday and gave us our prices. Seemed they were more concerned getting high. The place smelled like they had been smoking pot for the last hour. Showed up today at 11 and it's like we had never been there before. They weren't really sure what we wanted and when they stenciled out the artwork that we provided last night it was way too big and the price inflated drastically. For instance I showed them a piece I wanted and also I wanted an older one touched up in some areas and the price had risen a $100 in the matter of 12ish hours. I told them I didn't want the piece that large but I was told that it couldn't get smaller and that I had the arm for it. I still said no but asked if I could get the touch up on the old tattoo. The artist kinda cocked an attitude and said yea that'll be $80. I reluctantly paid the $80 and was still disappointed because he didn't even want to touch up everything I wanted and complained the whole time huffing and puffing. Offered no conversation in the 3 minute touch up other than did we do this tattoo. I understand everyone has an off day but the professionalism did not show or reflect what the current reviews are of this place and all of my friends had referred me to here and after this story everyone is deeply disappointed. I will not go back to this place. I am not going to recommend this shop but maybe the artist had personal issues going on I don't know so I'm doing my best not to hold that against them but I felt this should be publicly let known to the shop owners at the way a customer was treated.

Way too overpriced the artist myself and a few others went to was a bit arrogant as well. The employees at the front desk were friendly but would recommend getting pricing done at several other tattoo parlors before deciding on this one.

Staff very professional and Donnie was excellent in assisting me with determining right Asian tattoo art work. My tattoos turned out excellent.

Donie was an awesome guy and artist. This was my first tattoo and he made sure that I was calm and loved everything about it before he started doing it! If you're nervous about a tattoo or just picky he's the guy to go to!

Great shop, great atmosphere, great artists! Donie was a solid dude, I'll definitely be going back to see him.

My best friend and I went here to get tattoos n i must say the quality of work is pretty awesome they are a little pricey though....the tattoo artist was cool af very down to earth dude i wish i could remember his name
