I got my tongue pierced here, and I haven't had any problems. My piercer was clean and friendly throughout the process. Not sure about tattoos as I don't have one from here, but as far as piercings go, I recommend them.

Haven’t gotten a tattoo here but I would highly recommend for piercings. They are knowledgeable, clean and patient! I’ve taken both my daughters and have gotten one as well.

It was awesome, even when some areas where kind off guard they mad me laugh even when I wanted to cry. It was not tears of the pain, but of the meaning of the tattoo itself since I lost my last parent (mom) almost a month when we did that beautiful masterpiece.
My artist also gave me my "divorce" name removal. I was tickled in ink.
