The quality you get at Tatlyfe is phenomenal. Aniya & Jake are down to Earth great people who handle things with class, respect, and professionalism. Me, my mother, and my husband have all been tattooed here and we all LOVE the tattoos we have gotten. Their process is different from other shops - but that's the reason their quality is superior. The way they run the shop is all about making sure their clients get the attention and quality they deserve. We have even travelled from out of town and stayed in a hotel just to get tattoos from Jake, and will be doing it again. If you want a masterpiece - look no further.

The business eis run amazingly they work with you they go above and beyond. the artists I have researched for 6.5 years to fund an artists that was even remotely close to this mans skills. He is one of the best artists I have ever seen! My tattoo isn’t complete yet but after the first visit I knew this tattoo was going to be some amazing work! He is very kind and understanding of pain . Works at your pace if you have a multi day tattoo. Not going to lie he has worked with me and been flexible with me and knowing when my body has had enough for the day.

Tatlyfe is by far the MOST professional, clean and orderly tattoo shop I've ever been to. The staff treat you more like family than simple customers! Big Jake does some of the most amazing customized tattoos I have ever seen. He took a mere memory of a loved one and gave me a work of art that I could not have been happier with... Ms Aniya also makes sure your experience is Grade A from the moment you walk in to make an appointment, she is always willing to work with your schedule and their trade is working with YOUR customized budget! Tatlyfe is more than just a tattoo shop, it's a close knit group of people that you will literally find yourself becoming involved with. All of the artists have their own unique style of tattooing and each brings so much to the table. I don't think I could recommend any other shop for a more personable experience.

This isn’t your average tattoo shop. My first time actually going to this place I was handed a packet and was informed about all the rules and guidelines at my curbside appointment. They were very professional and I was very well informed before I was able to book my tattoo appointment. The service is A1 and it’s more than just telling an artist what you want and they make it happen...there’s great conversation and comfort. When I was explaining my idea he brought it to life and made sure that I’d walk out excited about my new masterpiece, as well as talking me through the whole process. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who values true artistry. They will definitely take care of you!

Love, love, love this place! Owners and staff are professional yet down to earth. This was my first time receiving a professional tattoo so Aniya took her time explaining the process to me. She made me feel more than comfortable and even though it was after hours (and I was a walk in) she stayed to keep me company until it was my turn. The facilities are spotless and they provide everything you need to be comfortable during the process. I love the fact that they have something for everyone no matter the budget! Xavier took his time creating a wonderful tattoo for my forearm and went over after care instructions in detail before I left. It's nice to go to a business that makes you feel like family! I'm sold! I've already scheduled another appointment in two weeks for a custom tattoo by Big Jake.

This place is GREAT!!! Honestly, it's the Cleanest, Most Organized, Professional, and Postive tattoo parlor that I've been to!!! All questions were asked and and responded to, in a timely manner. This place is budget based, so you choose what you want to spend...which is GREAT!!!
Let's boy talk about the artwork itself, Beautifully beyond words!!! Very detailed and professional looking. Jake takes your vision and brings it to life!!! I definitely will be going back!!!

I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a clean very professional welcoming environment. My coworker referred me here, I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my new custom tattoo. I used the first time client special they had going on. When I first called I had a million question on how to navigate this with covid & all, but the lady was great about answering all the questions I had. To me it was very easy to book, and get in. I will admit I was disappointed I had to wait so long, but it was REALLY worth the wait. The artist was patient and made sure I knew exactly what I was trying to show in the representation of my custom tattoo. This will be my forever tattoo home! I got my very first tattoo done by Jake. From the moment I walked in and spoke to Aniya, to the very end they were very kind and very professional. It was amazing to sit there and design my tattoo with Jake because he has such a creative mind. I live in Charleston but that 2 hour drive was so worth it for the beautiful product! I can not wait to go back to start designing my half sleeve with him.

If I could give something higher than 5 stars I would! Aniya immediately made me feel right at home. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. Big Jake was very patient with me. He took the tattoo concept I had in mind and took the time to transform it into a one-of-a-kind piece. The design and final product far exceeded my expectations! I am so glad that they took the time to work with me and recreate my design.
The shop itself was fantastic! Everything was very clean. There was some really cool artwork and I enjoyed being able to watch a movie while getting my piece done.
I walked in hesitant but walked out family. This should definitely be your go to place for all of your tattoos! Tatlyfe definitely lives up to all the great reviews and I would highly recommend it to everyone! I will be back for sure!

I haven’t gotten a tattoo since 2017. I’ve always used jake and today he did not disappoint...I was his only client in the shop at the time of my session and the place was extremely clean!!! I honestly didn’t have much pain. I will be setting my next session pretty soon!!
