Untold Pain Tattoo Studio

My 2 sisters and I went in to get a tattoo of “I Love You” in our mommas handwriting. (Today marked the second year of her passing). My sister called first to make us an appointment and explained what we wanted. Sharon was very helpful and put my sisters mind at ease, that this was the place for us to go. We each have a few tattoos but we have never experienced this level of comfort. James was friendly, professional and meticulous in his work.
I can’t recommend this place enough!!
We all three felt like we had known James and Sharon our whole life. They definitely made us feel right at home. We all were talking about not waiting a year to get another.
The cleanliness of the facility was outstanding. If you want a new tattoo and don’t know where to go... this is the place you will not be disappointed.

This was my very first tattoo and they were able to schedule me with Bo on the very night of my 🎂 Birthday. The entire experience was awesome. They were all very professional, very clean and made my first tattoo experience a fabulous one. Bo is an amazing artist that truly takes time with his art and pays close attention to detail. Will be planning my next one soon and won't even hesitate in scheduling there again.

I got a hip piece started by a different artist and was never able to get it finished. James finished my piece and did such an amazing job! He was so amazing to work with! Everyone at the shop was so nice and I loved being able to talk with everyone there. The shop is so nice and clean and the environment is just amazing. I’d definitely go back again and recommend it to everyone I know!!!

I got my first tattoo here yesterday as of this review. I left very satisfied James did an amazing job. He is very passionate about tattooing and his artistic level is amazing. I strongly recommend getting a tattoo here.

I've only had one experience here so far, and it was lovely. Like lots of businesses right now, they are keeping their door locked and operating by appointment only (you have to call once you're there to be let in). I was very surprised with the inside; lots of cute and tasteful decorations, and each artist has their own room to work in.

The woman that answered the phone/worked the front desk was very friendly. I had a couple small tattoos done by Lee, and they were amazing. I've been getting tattooed for years and am very familiar with the process, but I still deal with anxiety before/during getting one. Lee was kind and patient (and they also offered me food and drinks which was nice). I'm happy with the work they did; there's no patchiness, and the line work is clean. I'll definitely be back for more tattoos when I'm able to.

I got my first tattoo there yesterday! It was such a great experience. I was so nervous, but they made me feel as comfortable as they could. They were so understanding and nice. Everything was super clean too! I will definitely be back for another one.

James is the best tattoo artist by far I’ve ever had! Not only has he done amazing work for myself, he’s also done amazing work on my friends and family. The staff are super friendly and do whatever they can to make you comfortable. The shop is extremely clean and nice. I don’t think you can find a better experience anywhere else, or a better quality tattoo artist.

I’ve been here twice and had an amazing experience both times! The tattoo artists are extremely talented, the shop is very clean and Sharon in the front is the sweetest person around! I recommend y’all to everyone, will be coming back soon!

Very friendly and welcoming people. The artists are amazing at what they do. I got two pieces done here and they turned out way better than I expected.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Booked an appointment over 2 weeks ago to get a full sleeve with James the owner. Went in for the consultation and sent my pictures I wanted in text. He also informed me to message him a couple of days out to just remind him about the appointment. I did exactly that and messaged him 4 days prior and didn’t get an answer. I showed up 10 minutes early to the appointment for them to tell me he hasn’t come in today. Claimed he never got my phone number even though he showed me where he received my pictures. I was very excited as this was a very clean and nice establishment to only be EXTREMELY let down by the owner of all people. DO NOT RECOMMEND
