Everyone there was really nice and professional, and the shop was clean. Nikko was the artist who tattooed me, she was quick and did amazing line work. The tattoo I got has alot of fine lines and they turned out very clean and straight.

I walked in today during my vacation and asked if I can get a tattoo at around 10:30am. The gentleman shared I can, but said to please come back at 12:30pm. It might not be until after 1pm because that's when the other two artists would arrive. I came back around 12:35pm and now was told since I did not have an appointment and I was just a walk in, and they are behind, it would not be until after 5pm. I am really bummed at this point. I literally wasted two hrs there. I shared this with them as well. It would've been nice to know that, so I could've planned better. But they just kept saying, "we didn't lie, we said 5pm". I replied, "No, you told me 1pm and to come back at 12:30pm". And then he didn't say anything anymore. So I had to tell them, it would've been nice if you would've been honest with me and just told me to make an appointment, even if it was for a later time, not make me wait. They just kept making excuses after excuses, so I told them I would just my business else where and that was it. And guess what? We left and my parking ticket was $30! What a waste of my time & money for nothing.

The people who worked at the shop are so friendly, great customer service and great work! Overall a wonderful experience.
Shop minimum for black and white is $150, if you book an appointment online you pay a $50 deposit toward your tattoo price.

On their website you have to give a 50$ deposit to book an appointment. I was going to get a 2inch long by .5inch wide (maybe) tattoo of coordinates all digits (no color) and they tried to charge me 250$ for a session that would have lasted less than 30 minutes. Save your money get your work done somewhere off the island (your home) or another location. Did I mention they didnโt even know I was coming in for my sched appt and waited 15 minutes and KEPT MY DEPOSIT.

What a great shop we were so blessed to be able to get in and get fabulous tattoos. I hate that I can't remember the tattoo artist name but he was phenomenal he was from Ventura California and was moving his family to Hawaii I pray he and his family have a blessed new chapter in their lives .

I had a guest artist bail on my tattoo appointment here. I was bummed out because I rarely have time to get them nowadays but the owner made sure I still got the tattoo I wanted. He ended up doing it himself and man, Iโm really glad he ended up doing it instead. Iโm for sure coming back for years to come. Great service and friendly people, the whole crew was great.
