"Specializing in Freehand Polynesian, Asian style, realism and any other tattoo designs. When visiting the island and wanting some ink therapy, it is highly recommended that you schedule in advance for availability. Also towards the ending of your visit would be best, as you will be unable to do any type of water activities after receiving your tattoo. **unfortunately we do not offer piercings at the moment** It is preferred to make an appointment with the desired artist ***NATIVE HAWAIIAN OWNED*** ***NATIVE HAWAIIAN OPERATED***"

The best shop, really chill atmosphere nice and quiet. Perfect for anyone looking to add to their ink, or for someone who's looking for their very first tat. The staff are all super passionate about their craft and super talented as well. Make sure to ask for Braddah Justin, he has done most of my tats and they have all been killer. If you go here YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED π€π½π€π½

Justin is my go to. He has done a couple of mine and I can't say enough about how great he is. He truly takes pride in making sure you get exactly what you want. If you're not sure, allow him to deisgn something for you. You won't be disappointed. He is an amazing artist with an ability to connect with you. Light handed and caring. He can even work with jumpy nerves.
And the atmosphere at Packing Ink is spectacular. Aloha is alive and well here. Lots of fun to be had.

Kainoa who is the owner did my husband's first tattoo and will forever be his tattoo artist. Everything is amazing down to Kainoa's wife and children. My husband is so beyond happy with every single tattoo that Kainoa did. He will be back for more.

On my first trip to the Big Island I visited Packing Ink and met Joel and his family. I have been wanting to add Polynesian to an existing piece. The next day I gave Joel my arm and let him go with his own creativity. I cannot be happier with his work!!! The whole shop acts as a family and made me feel totally comfortable! I had the pleasure of meeting Justin while in Hawaii to do a full color sea turtle. I originally asked for it on my foot and he gave me his professional advice as to why he thought that was a bad idea. We moved the location to my ankle instead.
Not only was the final product amazing but Justin had great energy. For me, positive energy transfer is a huge part of getting a tattoo. We had great conversation, he told me about hawaiian legends, and it was a great experience.
