I was very sad to see the price gouging of this business, especially when they wouldn’t tell us price ranges on the phone. The work that was done was beautiful, but they charge $125 minimum for ANY tattoo, and they raised the price we were quoted for after the tattoo was done. I wanted a half inch cursive letter and that’s the amount I was asked for. The quote was given after the drawing was done, which was just a 5 letter name. Definitely feel like they price gouge and that we were taken advantage of for the money, especially when we were told about the expensive things the artist was bragging about. The customer service and tattoo work were much better than I had expected after looking at reviews. However, I won’t have my money pulled away from me like that for them again.

Had a co-worker go here and his tattoo got super infected. Went to the doctor and they said it was from a dirty needle. In response she said he could get a "free" touch up. Please take your hard earned money to someone who takes the time to be clean

I did not know Shannon before coming to her studio by chance. It was the best thing that could have happened. Shannon is a wonderful artist in every way not just her tattooing. If you take a walk around her absolutely SPOTLESS studio you can see what a talented artist she is. The staff is professional and welcoming. My experience has been more than amazing and I have made some new friends too (big bonus)!

The lady working the front desk had a bad attitude from the moment we walked in and shared some really weird and uncomfortable stories. The piercing was placed incredibly high despite being told I was planning on changing it to a hoop. I asked her if we could move it lower before we pierced it so I could change it to a hoop after it’d healed and she straight up told me no and did it anyways and the lady doing the piercing wasn’t friendly at all. She struggled getting the piercing in place didn’t give me any info on how to take care/clean it, tell me what gauge it was or provide me with cleaner and just told me to get it later. DO NOT go here for piercings, when I asked to take a break so I could catch my breath she pushed me back down onto the chair and said “you’re fine sit down” meanwhile I’m trying not to vomit/pass out. I’ve gotten piercings before but she took a good 5 minutes to get the jewelry in and had her fingers plugging my nose the entire time I’m having mine redone else where. Not happy at all, do not recommend!

Last minute decision with my best friend to get a tattoo. Allen was able to squeeze us in and was insanely flexible about all it. It was our first tattoos and he did an amazing job!!

I have gone to Shannon for all of my tattoos and she is great. Very sanitary, professional, personable, and fair. I like that she is honest about tattoo placement/design. I have also gotten a piercing from her and again, she is great. Very clean and I would recommend her to anyone. Side note, she does amazing flowers and color tattoos.

It won't let me upload the videos, but he was gushing blood. Took him to the hospital twice. They hit capillaries. Asked them to make it right and she refused. Got in mine and my 10 year old daughters face. Please be careful if you decide to go here!!!
