I contacted Black and Gray studios to discuss enhancing an existing tattoo. I received a quick response via email and was told an artist would contact me. Days went by and I heard nothing. I contacted them again and was told that another artist would contact me directly but once again no response. I know that working on an existing tattoo is probably not desirable but it would be nice to be told upfront. The artists at this studio do amazing work but I'll never know firsthand.

great shop with some amazing artists and environment! gotten all my tattoos done by bad apple and does a phenomenal job. makes sure we are satisfied with every detail of the tattoo and makes sure we are comfortable. will for sure going back for more tattoos and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new tattoo artist.

Alex Vázquez is an amazing tattoo artist!! His work is stunning. I extremely recommend him. He is usually booked out for a while but WORTH the wait. Currently working on my sleeve and its cómo together all so beautiful.

Unprofessional staff. I made an appointment with one of the artists directly. They had me text them what I wanted. Never responded. Then I got a text from someone else at the studio to make an appointment and I said I thought I already had one. They said it was just a mix up. So I showed up for my appointment and the artist wasn’t there yet. A girl came up to greet me and said she would call him. She never came back to check on me. I text him to see if we were still on and he never responded. After 20 minutes sitting and waiting I left.

I contacted Bad Apple months ago a shared my vision on what I wanted tattoo’s on me as a memorial for my husband. She was so great, professional, and patient. She nailed it! I would highly recommend this studio where there are many talented artists especially Bad 🍎! Thank you!
