I went here today for my 2nd piercing from them. I have a severe phobia of needles, and everyone there was so great. I wish I had gotten their names so that I could mention them specifically. The woman behind the counter explained a bunch of things about jewelry to me (I wanted to switch out my 1st piercing that I got a few months ago), and then gave me some discounted jewelry to match my new piercing. The man who did my piercing was so nice, gentle, and respectful. They brought me water and made super I was comfortable before piercing my cartilage. The piercing itself went really well (I just have an irrational fear, but they were so nice about it) and they gave me thorough information. I highly recommend this place! I have had nothing but great experiences here.

Oh my goodness! Such a clean and incredible experience. I came in to get an industrial piercing done, and the piercer was the best part. He was funny, nice, and explained to me everything that was going on. When I almost fainted after (I’m weak.), he was quick to sit me down and get me a glass of water. Overall, the best shop in Moscow!

Made an appointment for ears piercing, when I showed up on my time, staff does not know the piercer's schedule. Little later other lady who works there came in and told me that the piercer is sick, so he will not be here that day. She said sorry and gave me a $5 off coupon. Okay, I gave her my phone number and name to call me back for rescheduling. That was last week. I called them again today, and they told me piercer is quit and looking for new one. Really? Also he seems like have no idea about my appointments and call back at all. I'm not sure how good tatoo place here, but certainly the customer service is very bad. and kind of rude at the same time. Totally unprofessional.

I'm really squirmy around needles and can't ever relax, but when I went in to get my nose pierced, Jon pierced my nose and made me feel totally comfortable. He talked me through the whole piercing process, and was very patient with me considering how nervous I was! Very clean shop, all the artists working there were friendly, and making the appointment was quick and easy.

Amazing!! We brought our 6 year old in to get her ear lobs done. We made an appointment, because there it a little more prep with a little one in the shop. They made sure that the music was appropriate, the made sure that the entire environment was welcoming and that she was comfortable. He went through all the steps that he would be doing and how it would work. When she got a little worried or scared, he would stop and talk to her, walk her through it and wait till she was ready. I never once felt like he was rushing or pushing her. He was kind and happy to help my kido get the earrings that she wanted on her timing. I truly can not say enough positive about he experience. He made sure she knew how to care for them as well after! Just a great experience!

I LOVE my tattoo that I got from Hannah today! Before even starting the tattoo, she was so patient with positioning and re-positioning it to make sure it was just right (perfect for my chronic indecisiveness!). The finished product is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. And on top of everything, the shop is tidy and clean, and the rest of the staff that I interacted with were great! I will definitely be back!

Best tattoo shop hands down. Grump makes u comfortable and makes u feel like part of the family. He always smiling and welcoming. Won’t go anywhere else. Every bad review on here is just bad talking. Don’t go by the reviews and go in and they are very welcoming

I got a septum and my piercer was very friendly and made the whole process relaxing. It went by so fast.

I scheduled an appointment back on 12/18/20 for my daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday today, 1/2/2021, at 2 PM. Nobody was at the shop. Nobody answered the phone. Voicemail full. What a joke. Won't be back.
