One of the artists made a TikTok about not allowing numbing cream. Although i personally don’t use it it just shows the disregard for their customers comfort and happiness. Stated in the video that the tattoo had to be “earned” but a tattoo is earned the moment you paid for it in my opinion. It’s really a shame because i was looking into new tattoos parlors and this isn’t too far away from where i am. Disappointing.

Visited here with a friend Thursday because I was interested in a small tattoo. Initially my friend recommended me here because I’m looking to start my sleeve and she’s had a couple of tattoos here done by the owner. However, Thursday afternoon we were greeted by one of the woman artists she had on black boots. We proceeded to ask if she was available and she proceeded to literally talk in circles. At first it was “oh for these words I’ll charge $150” mind you, i never asked the price because it was my birthday and i was overly eager to pay, secondly a price has never been a issue for me. Next I’m like okay so could i get seen today and it went from “oh yea sure” to “oh I’m not really sure” so finally I just told her never mind and walked out. Extremely unfortunate, because my friend spoke so highly of the guy who’s the owner of this place. I wish I’d did a consultation with him instead, the employees definitely need a customer service training (or two) course!

definitely don’t get a tattoo from samantha salvaria, she brags on the Internet about purposely hurting clients to make them earn their tattoos which is incredibly unprofessional. pick one of the other artists

I am not one to be at home in a tattoo parlor and was nervous to ask for what I wanted. The owner was very kind and told me what would work and helped me get it just the way I wanted it. I love it so much. Very clean business also.

Jake was very helpful and suggested the blue in the neuron which turned out very cool. Will definitely come back! I was getting over a cold and he was very understanding when I needed to stop for a second while I was having a coughing fit.
