I cannot speak to their ability to tattoo but i can speak to customer service. Beyond horrible. I went in to schedule an appointment for a tattoo. This tattoo was really special to me as its for my daughter that i miscarried. Their post on Google says they are open until 8pm. I wanted to schedule an appointment after 6pm. Well one guy was going out of town and the other guy only works till six
I explained the sensitivity of my tattoo and why i was scheduling it for that particular date (her due date) and ask if the one guy who was off at 6 could possibly do it after six. He closed the book and said "no i have a wife and kid im off at six..."
There was no compassion at all, no "i'm sorry for you loss but unfortunately I cannot accommodate blah blah blah" just a rude insensitive no. So I asked if they could refer me to any other p;aces in town and again... "no." The worse customer service ever....So i headed to
No Regrets down town Champaign where they were beyond caring. Plus there shop is a little more upscale
