Just got an amazing tattoo yesterday from Alan Garcia! Let me tell yallll, I’m IN LOVE with the work he did. I gave him and idea, and he transformed it into something cool as hell while still keeping the idea of what I wanted. Very accommodating. He made suggestions on questions I had about placement and size and yet he always made sure it was what I wanted and felt comfortable with! I LOVED how my tattoo turned out! Definitely recommend him! And I’m definitely going back again!!

I've gotten 5 tattoos from Alan. He is the best with every aspect of his art. He's very steady and great at conversation. I highly recommend him to everyone who ask about my tattoos. So if you're looking for amazing work Alan is the go to guy 👍🏻

Walked in and met Jonathon, I came with a design and he completed my first tattoo with with precise expertise. Not sure what was better the tattoo or the customer service here! Go Jonathon & Lucky Kat! Will 100% be returning for more work here. Highly recommended

I wanted to like this spot - I get tattoos every time I go to another state and we scoped this place out. It had great reviews and they were kind and got me in. My artist was either inexperienced or just wanted to get off of work because my overall experience was really bad. I came in after two friends got their tattoos, and Amber said she had time. I got there, said I wanted a slice of pizza - we came up with a design, we printed it, found where I wanted it, and I will admit… I asked “may I change this do a deep dish pizza?” figuring we could make this change without it being a major issue. I even said I would tip well and apologized for making this last minute change. We walked upstairs where I signed paperwork, and I was told “I’m going to go redraw this and I’ll be back”. An hour went by, for an American traditional drawing of a slice of pizza that I only asked to be about the size of a silver dollar.

Finally, Amber comes back downstairs with a totally redone piece, with many more lines added. I said I liked the new design but now with all the line work, she told me I had to get it big or not get it at all. I showed her more photos of other tattoos, mirroring what I wanted mine to look like. She was resistant to help me and told me she couldn’t do those anymore because “it’ll lose the deep dish look”. I didn’t understand her angle. I tried to reason with her and say, “hey can we just add a layer to the bottom and make it like a pie shape instead of all these layers of lines?” She said no. Ten minutes later, as I’m outside telling my friends this, she strolls past on her way home with all of her things. I’m sorry but after visiting dozens of tattoo shops across America, this was an unnecessary experience. I feel I can walk into many tattoo shops and they would have worked with me to compromise on something we could live with. My friends were finished with their small tattoos by Amber at 2:15pm. I didn’t expect to wait until 4:30pm to determine that the tattoo was impossible, when only an hour earlier, I was told it was very possible. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a waste of time for everyone involved. I can’t say I will be back. Or maybe if I did, I would stay far clear from Amber. Not really sure what her issue was. If you don’t want to make money, that’s fine. But don’t do it at the expense of a customer.

In response to the owner’s reply - thanks for reaching out and offering to make this right but I’m sorry, I’m back in my home state of Florida now. The time we had for the tattoo was spur of the moment, and we only were able to utilize the 4 hour window we had…so unfortunately, the opportunity has been missed.

Made an appointment for 5 pm today. I get in and the artist choose to take his friend despite having an appointment. Took his friend in front me after knowing the tattoo was in commemoration of my grandmother who just passed. Do not trust booking appointments here. Makes no difference. Completely unprofessional.

Go see Felix at Lucky Kat. The man has unbelievable talent. Light touch and a quick worker. You will not be sorry. Saw the other artists at work as well and I don't think you can go wrong in this place.

ALAN GARCIA is FANTASTIC!!!! He has done three tattoos for me and all them are amazing. My latest one was a cover up and I absolutely love it! I get compliments all the time on my tattoos. I actually flew in from VA to have him do my cover up not even a month ago. ALAN is the only person I will ever do work on me. This was my first time at Lucky Kat though and everyone was super nice!!

The atmosphere is very comfortable and the artist are very professional! Very clean and the artist truly works with giving you what you want! Eltest and Revol has been my tattoo artist for a lot of my ink I highly recommend booking with them!
