Honestly from the moment I walked in this place was warm and inviting. I had a really bad experience elsewhere and this shop is one I’ll go back to and get all my tats and future piercings. Welcoming environment friendly staff and clean shop A++++

Had the best experience getting my septum re-pierced by Kari! She is amazing and all the reviews for Epic Ink (Kari especially) are 100%. As soon as my fiance and I walked in we were automatically greeted and helped and the overall atmosphere was very friendly and calming. The pricing was also more than reasonable(80$ for my septum)! With my first septum experience being horrible, I was very glad to have found a piercer like Kari who walks you through absolutely EVERY step and she really makes it a goal for the customer to be as comfortable and informed as possible. Now I have my septum back and will definitely be returning to Kari for any piercing needs(:

My daughter got her nose pierced by Kari and she loved it. A month later her nose ring came out and was lost down a drain. We went back to Kari and she helped us out. Kari is awesome and we will go here for all our piercing and tattoo needs

Got my industrial done there (it ended very well. Looks perfect and I love it) and my tragus and helix. Problem is that they pierced both of them with hoops instead of studs😬 after I saw that I decided to find a new place to get piercings
