Having never been to a tattoo place before, she made me feel safe and informed, walking me through each step of the process while making sure I was ok along the way. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone interested in getting more piercings.

Kari went above and beyond to make my daughter and myself feel comfortable. I am so happy with my nose piercing and even happier with her service. She talks her clients through the process of getting the piercing and puts anxiety at ease. Her piercing station is inviting and cozy. She even has some special touches such as candy and soft seating fir the friend of the person getting pierced.

I've gotten three tattoos and am about to get a fourth here from the owner Trevis. Staff is incredibly talented and friendly. The shop is filled with incredible designs and the open floor plan allows you to see into almost every artist's room while they work. Everything is incredibly clean and professional. I would never go anywhere else to get a tattoo/piercing.

Kari was the one who did my nose piercing and I couldn't be happier! She explained what she was doing while she was doing it and let us ask questions which calmed my nerves. It doesn't hurt at all so that nice. Her work area was very calming and she allowed my mom to take pictures of it happening so that was awesome too! I have so many things to say about how it was generally nice, informative, and calming that I just couldn't put it was all into words

This is the best place to get a piercing or tattoo in Edwardsville. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Kari the piercer is soo NICE and she took very very good care of me. Her office is not only extremely cute but very clean and sanitary. She fixed a few bad/botched piercing I got from Evermore. She kept it very professional but she was concerned about how the previous piercer could even let me walk out the shop with a piercing as bad as the ones I came in with, which is how I know she cares alot about what she does.I wont be going anywhere else for piercings and I can’t wait to get my next tattoo here! Thank you Epic Ink and Kari. ❤️

Just had a septum piercing done by Kari, and it went amazing! She talked to me about the whole process of what’s going to happen, and how to take care of it! I even got candy after! 10/10 very much recommend!
