Kris took the time to explain the process and the history behind the daith piercing and migraines. Piercing was quick. Some pain on the drive home but haven't had any pain since. Which is super surprising considering it's a pretty thick area to have pierced. I've been following the cleaning regiment with the solution I purchased there. Hoping the healing process continues to go smoothly! Kris and the staff are super nice. Check in process was quick and easy on a mounted tablet. I only waited for max 10 mins though apparently they can have longer wait times, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Looking forward to getting tattooed by Cassandra there next week!

I walked in and a very nice guy greeted me and ask if he could help me. After about a 5min wait Juan tha tattoo artist introduced himself and we discussed wut I wanted he wus very helpful and professional he did my tat and it looks super cute he did a great job and I can't wait to tell my family and friends about him! I Love my tattoo and will be seeing him soon for another one Thanks Juan you're tha BEST 🙂🙂🙂

They charged me twice for my daughter's piercing. I let them know and followed up on the situation. Their answer was their bank is taking too long to look into it and I need to reach out to MY bank to get my money back. It's been 4 months. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of urgency and follow up on the situation. The service was fine, but I shouldn't have to be the one who has to deal with their mistake. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful, I wish we went elsewhere.
Follow up to my review, was never issued a credit for their error. They couldn’t have cared less. Please be cautious while making a purchase there.
