I have gotten a total of 5 piercings from both piercers, Cody and Kris. Each time they have BOTH been friendly, kind, and communicate very well to make sure you are comfortable going through the process. I did not feel pressured to do anything I was on the fence about and they are both very knowledgeable about aftercare and placement. Placement has been perfect.
I had my rook done by Kris and the jewelry had a defective ball (just kept falling off is all). I went in, and Cody was more than willing to exchange my jewelry free of charge and tighten it. It has been a little under a year and the ball has not budged one bit.
Kris has done my forward helix and one of my conchs and they both doing very well. He creates a comfortable environment that eases out all bad vibes.
If you need a piercer or are looking for one, I highly HIGHLY recommend this shop. You pay for the knowledge and quality. This is the ONLY shop I go to for piercings. :)

The shop was extremely clean and appropriate sanitation maintained. Jason was an amazing artist. Really helped to soothe the nervousness of a first time client. Will definitely be back for more.
Update: Went in myself for a jewelry change. Cody was amazing! Friendly and helpful. Got my nostril downsized and this lovely daith hoop to replace a captive bead ring. Two thumbs up for the shop and the staff!

Google needs a 5 star option. The staff here is great. The lady at the front desk, I think her name is (Tay Tay) forgive me if I’m wrong about your name. She so organized and sweet. And Cody and Chris are two of the greatest piercers I’ve every met. Chris did a piercing for me today. I didn’t even feel a thing. Super cool and kind!!! My mom loves the shop too. We definitely be back and will spread the good word! Keep up the good work y’all!!!

Sanitary polite and well informed staff BUT doesn’t make up for the fact I’ve been here three times and every single time was told that it was a 15 minute wait and ending up waiting an hour. (Because they accidentally skipped over me?/forgot about me?) The front desk worker has to tell the piercer that they never toke me and that I had been sitting here for an hour. There was no empathy or anything for having to wait and having several people who came over me go ahead of me. Not organized and going to start going else where for my piercing.

LOVE this place! So professional and welcoming. I’ve had my nose pierced here. They also changed my piercing to a hoop when I was healed which was great. My favorite by far was my tattoo from Mae. She was beyond wonderful. Her line work literally blew me away. 100% going back in the near future and recommending her to any and everyone!

Update: went there again yesterday. It is super busy because their customer service is amazing. People were coming in because something had happened to their piercings (snagged and fell out, etc) and they would be super helpful and replaced them!
I got another piercing from Stefano and it was super painless and easy! Still would recommend 10/10

I stopped in today somewhat spontaneously and I was able to get a tattoo and piercing without a long wait or appointment. Jason did a great job on my first ever tattoo. He is very friendly and professional. Cody is an excellent piercer who was able to re-pierce a rejected rook piercing for me done the correct way. Cody is kind and professional as well. I highly recommend this location! Even the receptionist was a sweetheart. Thank you again!
