Went for a guesstimate on a tattoo; spoke with wife (artist busy) and she was rather abrupt and not helpful. Artist has done amazing work on me previously, though.

Second time coming here, web site and shop say they open at 1:00 yesterday waited from 1 until 2 no show get a phone call back at 2:15 that they just got in. Came back today at1:00 now 1:45 no one here. What a shame, sort of like old times sitting in a parling lot waiting for dealer who is a no show.
Reply to owner would have made alot of sense for employees to communicate that fact when speaking on phone and they were told I would come back the next afternoon

Brandon is a really awesome guy I was treated with respect and there's great communication between him and the customers, have had a few tats done by him this is the shop i recommend and go to when I want to get a new tattoo and the new guy Dylan is talented, eager and excited to learn and be working there had a tattoo done by him recently and he will be awesome there at soulshine go check these awesome guy's out at soulshine tattoo!
