I got my nose pierced here by Jessica and I was very happy with everything. Everyone was very welcoming from the moment you walked in the door. The studio was extremely clean and sanitary, which of course is such a relief to see for yourself when you walk in the door. Jessica explained everything that she was doing very thoroughly and she made sure I was comfortable. She made sure I knew how to clean my piercing properly before I left and had no problem answering my questions. I will definitely be back and refer friends here!

I HIGHLY recommend going to Jessica for your piercing needs. My ears have always been highly sensitive but she did such an amazing job piercing them and working out any kinks I had and I couldn't be happier with the result. I even came back a few weeks later because my earring had been accidently ripped out, and she took care of everything free of charge! She really wants what's best for your ears and it's so obvious she knows her stuff! Loved my time with her and can't wait to go back!!!

They were all so kind and informative. Their shop was super clean and smelled awesome, they’re taking all necessary precautions and THEN some to make sure everyone is safe during this time. The piercer was amazing!! I’ve had several piercings done in my life and she was by far the best piercer I’ve ever had. Everything altogether made for an amazing experience! I will definitely be coming back and referring other people to go!! :)

I've been on the hunt for a tattoo artist that I can stay with over the course of getting every tattoo that I want in the coming years and I've found him! Finally, a place that I can walk into that's clean, professional, no obnoxious and angry music blaring, and competent talented artists are ready to provide you with an amazing experience! This was the first time that I was not nervous to get a tattoo and this was my fourth one but my first from Steve. Steve was amazing, both on myself and my husband and every tattoo is consistent in quality and clean lines. He's calm, cool, collected, talented, knowledgeable, and adorable! I feel so at ease having him work on me. The prices are affordable and fair, the quality is the best out there that you're going to get. Less than a week later, I've already gotten several compliments about how delicate the tattoo looks and how clean his lines are! I'm already looking forward to getting back in his chair!

Safety and sanitation was fabulous! Finding a new artist is never easy. After A LOT of research for artists that work with scar tissue; I found Steve.
This first session was incredibly successful. After getting a tattoo on my leg today; I feel comfortable moving forward with the tattoo on my breast to cover the scar from a bad breast reduction.
When speaking to him about the nature of tattooing scar tissue (especially in an intimate location such as the breast) he was incredibly comforting and knowledgeable.
I'm also thrilled to surprise my wife with her sleeve. Steve was excited by the ideas for hers and I trust he will design something amazing for her too.

I reached out to Steve Florer for my first tattoo. Not only did he display complete professionalism, but he made me feel comfortable and confident in his work. He pitched out great ideas that I used and love in my tattoo! Steve's realism work is absolute unbelievable and I highly recommend him if you plan on getting a tattoo anytime soon. I got my lobes pierced by Jessica, she was punctual, very knowledgeable (I asked a lot of questions since they were my first piercings), and she was kind to me. I was a bit nervous but she has a calming presence. The entire studio is spotless and well maintained. I will definitely be back to get more piercings

For starters, the shop is super clean, the vibe is totally chill. As someone who takes a lot of pride in her tattoos, I can personally recommend Steve as one of the best artists. His designs are extremely detail-oriented and his professionalism is evident in all of his work. The shop staff is extremely welcoming as well. We are lucky to have this shop in Valparaiso.
