Best tattoo I have ever gotten!! They were so friendly and I made new friends!! Chris did my tat and she truly is a professional!!! And super soft handed!! I am a life customer now!!

If you want to get scared then this is the place to go! I went here with my dad to get matching tattoos and my dad was the one who was seen the most and it came out worse then mine!! IT TOOK SO LONG THE SHOP CLOSED AND THE DUDE RUSHED ME OUT!! I have simple fair skin for tattooing, it breaks easily but this dude was jamming his damn gun into my bone i had to struggle to not move!! When we got home it looked good but once it started healing i saw lines in-completed i saw the shading was off, i noticed that some of the words werent even done!! I have four tattoos now and the fact that a 2 year old one looks 1000% times better then the one i got here after 9 months is just sad! It was suppose to symbolize something with me and my father and it turned out horrible! I cant even think of getting it touched up for the next 5 years because of how bad some of the parts are! UGH!!! Dont even waste your money!

Tim worked with me to develop my design. His sense of humor and job dedication made getting my tattoo here worth every penny. The quality hin and his mother provide are above the competition.

I have gotten two tattoos from there and I find them to be not only talented, but friendly, accommodating and genuinely nice poeple which is a rare find. Their dedication to the veteran community through their outreach program is unparalleled. When I leave Ft Riley, I would be willing to drive any distance to get work done.

They did a fabulous job and it was very cheap. I will always go back there to get more tattoos.

Chris has been doing my tattoos since I moved back. I am so impressed by her loyalty to Junction City, Ft.Riley and Manhattan. She and her crew always goes above and beyond for the cause/cure. Recently they started tattooing 1 person a day for free ( the list is over 100 deep right now) that is wanting the ;IGY6 (I GOT YOUR 6) with so many soldiers coming home with PTSD, not to mention suicides happening today and on Ft.Riley its heartbreaking. I just know Chris will do whatever she can to bring awareness to this cause. Thank you so much Chris. You're truly an Angel!! Dena Lott

It costed me $1,000 to get a sleeve, and all I got out of that Grand was the outline work, and the top of my forearm. So I’ve met this artist at the Kansas City Tattoo Convention, finished up my WHOLE sleeve for $400, and it looks better than Twisted Apples job. He is trying to open up his shop soon in the area. Can’t wait till it’s opened! Great guy, amazing artist, and is just an awesome guy to do business with on tattoos. When he opens up his shop, highly highly highly recommend going there instead.
I am still debating if I should call the health department on Twisted Apple Tattoo. My last appointment there, I saw two mice running around in their tattooing room WHILE I WAS GETTING A PORTION DONE ON MY ARM! Let’s just hope nobody gets sick there with rats pissing and chewing up fresh sanitized needles that go into your skin.

Absolutely Amazing work. Chris is amazing. Very talented and friendly. 3 tattoos by Chris and 2 piercings. Never had any problems and the color has stayed beautifully.

This place is so disrespectful. The owner thinks she’s something else and you could very easily get better ink from anywhere but here. She does not quote properly for military she doesn’t listen when you say where and what you want just very disrespectful and a disgusting person. She gave away someone’s IGY6 tattoo because he didn’t answer the first call and call back within 30 minutes. She messed up my suicide prevention tattoo that means a lot to me and her ink does not stay long it fades very quickly and her hands are very shaky. I’d advice anyone and everyone to go to junction city tattoo before here. Would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could.
