Spencer did an amazing job fixing my already existing tattoos. I’m so proud to show them off now!! He was cool and made the whole experience fun! I would recommend this place to anyone! Loved everything about it.

I'm super disappointed in this place! Monday, I went inside to get a tattoo consultation and at first, everything was going well. They were nice, accommodating, and could get me in on Wednesday, which I had every intention on doing, however, they said they would make up the tattoo when I came in, which I thought was odd, since in the past, my tattoos were drawn up before I came in to get them done. Wednesday comes along and I feel awful! I go to get a rapid covid test done and it comes back positive. I call them and have to cancel at the last second, which I was super bummed about, but I didn't want to lie and go in knowing I was sick. Once my quarantine was over, I reached out to them again asking if I could reschedule. They said I would have to pay the $50 deposit again for cancelling at the last minute. I told them I got sick at the last minute and didn't exactly have a choice. The man on the phone got snippy at me, saying I was the reason I had to shut down their store for a day and clean it. Of course, I felt awful, but I didn't know I was sick on Monday! I felt fine. They informed me they would ask about the deposit and will call me back. They never did call me back and I was never refunded the $50. I know it wasn't refundable, however, you would think they would be willing to work around my circumstance. I set up an appointment elsewhere, long story short. Don't come to Mad Tatter unless you want to throw away $50 for no tattoo.

Very friendly and professional staff. Prices are very reasonable especially in BG. Mike is an amazing artist and Corey's work is better then other tattoo artists while atm being a apprentice. Between me and my fiance we receieved 4 pieces. Needless to say we are very happy with our tattoos!!!

My wife and I both got tattoos done there earlier. They were both very nice and professional. I had a complicated piece and Joseph drew it out and got it on me and it looks amazing. My wifes tattoo done by Cory is absolutely adorable. Thank guys! We'll be coming back to you!

I love going to The Mad Tatter. All employees are very kind and deliver excellent customer service. The owner Mike goes above and beyond for an owner. I have already had three tattoos done here and I keep coming back for more. The environment is so chilled and relaxed.

Amazing, Kris did an amazing job. Everything went by so smoothly, the line work was beautiful and he exceeded my expectations not to mention the great pricing. Gabriel did my mothers tattoo amazing, she & I are in love with them both. This will def. be the only tattoo shop we’ll go to.❤️🤞🏼
