Whomever I spoke with via FB msgr was very polite and helpful so we came directly to them for a simple belly ring piercing. I wish we hadn't now. The man we dealt with wasn't very friendly and wouldn't even let anyone near the room regardless if they were paying for this event. No photos or videos allowed either and was kinda rude about it. I just think the piss pore attitude even if it may or may not be a law requirement of theirs is uncalled for. He never stated if it was a law just said no to everything. Her mom and step dad in the room with a 17 year old seems normal to me but he said only one of us could be in the room. There ya go..weird. We won't be back.

Absolutely wonderful place...my daughter got her ear pierced and Austin made her feel like she was an old friend...very clean and everything is sanitized...also they are very knowledgeable in everything they do...I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional's and to make a good friend!!!

Just sat 2 1/2 to 3 hours while my son got first tat done and the artist that did the tat was awesome. Definitely recommend going to them.
