I've been going to this shop for years. I have always been astounded by the work that they do. But, how your experience plays out is all about what you expect. If you expect the typical "Customer is always right", then you are mistaken. Any tattoo shop has the right to deny any service of any kind to anyone. This particular shop has never done HAND tattoos. It's just one of their policies. No hand tattoos and no neck tattoos... at least that's how I remember it.
Regardless of their policies, I have gone there for every tattoo I have since my second one. And I have always been worked on by great people who have great attitudes about their work. The ONLY time I've ever seen anyone from the shop get pushy or irritated is when their customer is pushy or obnoxious to begin with.

I got a upper back tattoo of Jackie Chan, giving a massage to Chuck Norris, while Chuck Norris works on a Rubik cube. With Bob Ross on the side, painting them both on a giant piece of canvas. Below that picture on my lower back, I have the song lyrics to Final Countdown by the band Europe. On my neck I have a biohazard symbol with a arrow pointing down. Best art work I've ever seen done here. Five stars.

I designed my own tattoo at home on my computer and General Lee's turned it into the appropriate line art and put in on over a period of 4 hours. These guys were great, and I love the work they did. I'm proud of this tattoo, and I tell everyone who asks where I got it done.
