High Resolution Tattoo

I went here for my first tattoo and I am very happy with them. Kurtus was professional, friendly, and great to talk with. He made sure I knew everything I would need to know about the process and what to expect. The art I got was fairly simple, but it looks clean and turned out excellent. I can wholeheartedly recommend High Resolution to anyone else looking to get their first tattoo.

Absolutely wonderful tattoo shop! I drove all the way from Lake Charles to have Needlez to my daisy piece that I have been planning for months. I had a very specific image in my head and he was able to do exactly what I wanted. The shop is exceptionally clean. I could not recommend this place more. Definitely worth the price and drive. I only dealt with Needlez but everyone I met there was incredibly nice and helpful. Very relaxed feel, which always makes the process of having a needle drug across your skin more fun. They all have full portfolios to view so you can pick the artist that is right for you. I just cannot say enough good things about this place!

What a GREAT experience. Yesterday was our first time in the shop and we could not have left happier. All of the artists were very professional the environment was super clean and they took extra care to ensure we were going to be happy with the end result. And we were, the work looks amazing. What an awesome shop. The artists there are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and more than happy to discuss exactly what it is you want. The shop is incredibly clean, cleaner than any other shop I've been in.

On top of all of that, the artists are all incredibly talented. They care about what they do, and want the recipients of their work to be satisfied.

I had a tattoo that I wanted for 10 years. I always told myself I'd get it once I found a tattoo artist that I was really happy with. I finally found that at High Resolution. Needlez did my work, and I could not be more happy with it. It looks amazing; the line work is clean, the colors are vibrant, and it healed very nicely (thanks to their instructions). What's more is that the artists are all really personable.

I will recommend this shop to anyone and everyone who wants a great looking tattoo. You're not going to find better anywhere around here. Any time I need a tattoo from now on, I'm going to High Resolution.

They are good at doing tattoos. Got my first one here. But they have a $60 minimum and it took the guy took 45 to 50 minutes doing my ink and he charged me $200. I didn’t have a very detailed or big tattoo. They definitely over price. A friend of mine has a tattoo 3x’s as big as mine and way more detailed and he paid the same price I did. They were nice and the shop was very clean along with the tools. The man washed his hands and put on germ-x bf he put his gloves on and he wrapped the tray and pulled out fresh needles and sanitized them before using them. So they are very clean and thorough with there job. But they OVERPRICED but I don’t regret going. I love my tattoo just wish they wouldn’t have overpriced.

Okay, if you are looking for a cheap, quick tattoo. Go somewhere else. They do really good, quality work. Was it the cheapest in BR? No. But the tattoo quality is gorgeous. I had Kurtus as my artist and the dude is real with you. He tells you up front BEFORE you put any money down what the cost is sort of looking like, how difficult it will be, etc. I will for sure be back the next time I get work done. Kurtus is a nice dude. I appreciate his honesty and the product speaks for itself.

Awesome place to get a tattoo. Great experience, great artist. As Markus was doing my tattoo, which I am extremely excited about, I also saw other artists there doing there work and they are all VERY talented. I would recommend High Resolution to anyone thinking about or searching for a shop. Very clean, very knowledgeable, and great atmosphere. Thanks Markus again for my dragon.

I am one of those guys that is very picky. I’ve been getting good ink done for the last few years. High resolution studio has a friendly staff, clean shop, and good attitudes. Very professional and friendly. They make you feel welcome and important. A lot of artists are A-Holes. These guys have good customer service and care more about the customer than themselves. The way a business should be ran. Most shops are crazy with the profanity and rude behavior. These guys are not only friendly and professional, but honestly a lot of fun. They were cool with me bringing my wife and made her feel comfortable as well. Jordan did a very difficult area on my back that is absolutely painful. He made the outline a breeze and was very patient. I’m very impressed with his attention to detail and care. He made sure to set the stencil until he had everything symmetrical. Most people would have just gone for it. He did a very large area in 2 hours. I’m so impressed! Jordan Cain is the Mane!

The shop is very nice. Clean and free from clutter. Everyone is very talented as tattooists and as artists. I love that they are a custom shop, without any flash in sight. Markus Bankhead is the person working on my arm concept and he is very dedicated to the outcome of his work. I highly recommend him
