Went to get a finger tattoo, was looking for the guy “bones” but they stated he no longer works their anymore. Sooo I allowed “power ranger” to proceed with the tattoo it was fine getting the the tattoo but as a group of customers walked in she rushed to get up to assist them after finishing. I asked her can she wrap my tattoo or put some ointment “lube” on it , she stated that it was no need to and said it’ll be fine. Today I’m waiting 5 days for the healing process and my tattoo is cracking!! Looks soo thick and nasty. Very disappointed.

Came to New Orleans for the Essences Music Festival. At 1:00 my friends and I decided to go get tattoos and piercings. We walked in and Blair was very welcoming! She helped us to pick out tattoos and was very patient with helping us pick out font styles while also easing our nerves. The shop was very clean and the small tattoos that we got we were in and out in 20 minutes! I would highly recommend this place!!

Great place very welcoming very helpful. Raven is awesome. It was my boyfriend's 1st tattoo and Raven did a wonderful job explaining and making him feel very comfortable. Our matching Crowns were superb to say the least. We will be back!!!!!!

I got my first tattoo at Forbidden Art while on vacation in New Orleans. Trey was welcoming and professional. We hit it off right away. I felt comfortable throughout the experience, feeling like I was in good hands. He did a great job on my tattoo, the lines were tight, bold and solid, just the way I wanted. It looks fantastic. I am so glad I got the work done there. I recommend Trey without reservation. I am a very happy customer and will love this tattoo for the rest of my life!

I got my tragus pierced here. The piercer gave me no information about the healing process. They also used this cheap jewelry that rusted up and did not have secure backing.

Raven was a great artist he gave me exactly what I wanted and for a good price. My boyfriend also got a tattoo and he liked his piece as well. I will definitely be coming back and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a tattoo in New Orleans.

Was visiting New Orleans from Chicago and on my last day there on 3/20/21 i wanted a tattoo.. Went into the shop and Pan was very nice and provided good customer service.. The Guy with the 2 braids on the other hand was rude, and was irritated with everyone and everything maybe it was too early and he's not a morning person. He talked about his coworkers when they stepped away and rushed the entire process. I got 2 small tattoos in which i was charged $100 for. A small ankh behind my ear and the infinity symbol on my middle finger.. Both tatts was done within 5mins top .. And the outcome of my infinity tatt is 2 days later the ink is completely gone. Now i have to find a reliable artist who actually enjoys their job to correct his work.
