I was told my a local friend to come to this place. Plus "Forbidden" is in the name what rebel wouldn't be attracted to that! Lol. I got there right when they opened and like an Erykah Badu concert was waited an hour. The artist was great. He talked the entire time with interesting "real shizz". This is the kind if experience you want. I felt comfortable, the place was clean. Very happy with the work. Highly recommend this place.

NOT CLEAN, NOT PROFESSIONAL PIERCER!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could!! Seriously terrible service. I got a daith piercing done by Dusty and he did such a terrible job that I had to remove the piercing within 2 hours of getting it pierced because it was improperly pierced!! Seriously he doesn’t know what he is doing and he didn’t clean it before or after!! And no care instructions or anything after leaving! Mid City Voodoux on Carrollton is 1000 times better, definitely go there!

Raven bones thanks for hooking me up with some sweet ink. 3rd tattoo by all different artists and was prob my favorite working with. First time visit to NOLA and me made me feel at home! Very friendly. Light-handed and fast but detailed. I’d definitely come to him again if I have another spuratic thought to get a tattoo in New Orleans with an 11 hour drive back lol

Beginning of the year I got a small, simple tattoo. It has uneven, wonky lines which would've been helped if they had put more effort into the stencil - they didn't want to walk down the road for new printer toner so drew it out by hand - should've said something but as it was my first tattoo I placed absolute faith in them. 2 star for the shop cleanliness and otherwise good time

Raven Bones is absolutely awesome ! My fiancé and I just went in to get tats and he did a amazing job! He gave us exactly what we wanted and his work is so very nice and neat he took his time and they both came out great ! He’s a real cool dude!

I do not recommend this place to anyone. They do not follow cleanly guidelines. I got my ear pierced and when I got home the earring fell out. When I called to complain to the owner he hung up on me. So I drove over and they jammed another earring in my ear except a hoop. They let me walk out with my ear dripping. The owner basically blamed me for the earring falling out and them not using a back on the earring. Do not use this place!!! Mid city voo doo is a much better experience. I wouldn’t even give this place one star but it’s making me.

If I remember correctly, Dustin is the artist that did my tattoo. Great guy that doesn't have a heavy hand like other artists that's done a tat on me. Just needs a drink machine and colder A/C & would have gotten 5 stars. Go by and say Hi to Dusty & tell him the Hillbilly Chief sent ya.
